When was last time when you have done some form of exercise?

🤷‍♀️I don't have time
🤷‍♀️ I am a busy mum or dad (no discrimination) 🤷‍♀️ I am too tired
🤷‍♀️ I am not good at fitness
🤷‍♀️ I am embarrassing not getting it right 🤷‍♀️ in the class at the instructor, teacher, PT
🤷‍♀️ I am too busy 🤷‍♀️ I have to many other priorities 🤷‍♀️ I am ... whatever, whatever 🙂

YOU, my friend, are accepting to listen to that little voice in your head, every day, right?

I was telling myself all that c*** for a while too, until I decided to make a priority my healthy mind and body.

I challenge you for a week, my friend, not to listen to that negative voice who stops you to have a healthy body and healthy mind and to be YOU my friend. If you make mistakes so be it, they are experiences, learn from them and next time you will do it better anyway than the first time.

Some days ago, I thought it will be my break day from the physical exercises but somehow I end up in the park with my children. While I was sitting on the bench watching them and I end up having a serious hour of workout followed up for a couple  of hours of dancing 💃😅 ⭐ Remember!! ⭐

If you'd quit procrastinating with them weeds you'd be doing your workouts in the gym.
Then again I wouldn't be getting this 2fer --
An awesome workout plus a sauna at the same time. 💦💪💥 (1st pic)
I better have sweated off some poundage 😅
Did you know that there was such a thing as weed pulling to failure? 🤔
Well, yes there is! Especially when those weeds are half my size (told you I procrastinated) and they refuse to give in without a fight, I'm a better fighter!
I worked through the couple rain outbreaks because it just plain felt good!! And hey ...
Look at that..
Got a wee little something showing on my arm there, even tho I didn't gym it today. My legs are way ahead of my upper body due to my medical fun stuff: those dual #frozenshoulder , that neck fusion surgery and the remaining bulging discs --- but I've NEVER GIVEN UP 
I'm finally seeing something..
I'm excited to push it more! 
It definitely doesn't happen overnight. You have to be patient, focused, determined, consistent and never quit no matter what.

I get to try the other flavor of #perfectbar I found the other day.
Totally worth the wholy mess I am!
It's Dark Chocolate chip peanut butter.
15P #glutenfree  I love #darkchocolate , I love #peanutbutter so double win. It really is like eating peanut butter out of the jar that had the chips thrown in BUT in a portable, solid form. Well, when then temps get this HOT make sure they stay in your cooler and once out you better enjoy it quickly because it'll soften super quick!!

It’s crazy how much beauty I’m starting to find in the midst of all the crazy. Life is certainly a beautiful paradox. When life throws you familiar monsters, you have to sometimes fight them differently. This messy journey of life is a beautiful one. There’s not one experience in life that you can not take away and grow from. Even the most painful experiences in life are beautiful, and usually the most influential part of entering into a bolder, more courageous new chapter. These moments strengthen you up so that when you fight those all to familiar obstacles, it won’t feel like a fight anymore. 
It’s very difficult for me to not go after justice and what’s right. Sometimes what’s right is to pour that energy into things that will positively grow you and pour greatly into others. You can not reason with nonsense. Sometimes justice being served is you leveling up where you were being held down.

Goal for me: flip every single negative, and search for the gold. With all negativity, I will actively chase the exact opposite.

It was a good day! I ran, I hurt, I struggled but I wouldn't have it any other way at this point in my life. It only proves to me that I'm alive, I'm living my life and I'm Stronger than any excuse I'm able to give myself.
You will start on your journey with many people but eventually those people will  drop off leaving you by yourself. Your journey is for yourself anyway. Bettering yourself each day is what's it's all about. This is where I'm at right NOW, it's all about me, myself and I. 
Although, I had to add the #physicaltherapist back for a bit. Hoping to drop him soon because all he seems to do is cause me additional pain. I've been told it'll take a year to fully get over this. I WILL NOT be waiting for a year, I will be pushing through. Running is where I'm happy -- so I will run, no matter what.
I've been beating myself up with bad running form by compensating. So definitely working on that. 
I've tried alternating running shoes to see if that helps with me not killing anymore toes. Haven't really used these Brooks shoes much, felt really good.  This tape, comes off tonight, bit leery.. it was supposed to "calm down" the irritated muscle/ tendon (I don't remember what it was- I just know it hurts like a mother!!) It helped somewhat, now I loose my crutch 😐
Next week heat and humidity sky rockets. Not sure if I'm going to tackle outside runs, I'll get something going tho.
Just have to adjust things ...

Give 110% at each one or don't even bother. Use your body as it was intended for... MOVE IT!!

Not waiting any longer...
The day is hot, but not yet overly humid so I'm going for it. Running is where I find myself, my strengths, my happiness.
I started out strong at 4.7 mph but my tank emptied rather rapidly to a 4.2 mph walk. This particular route, frontage road - exit to exit, requires full committment. Once I'm on it there is no turning back, no short cuts, I'm in it for the full 5+ miles until the very end. Today I was getting it done no matter what...

ALWAYS feels fantastic to see what the body can actually do when I decide to push it...just a little bit more 💪💥

yeah, sometimes the little things make me sad or unhappy- haven’t been in the greatest headspace, but whenever I get upset I always take a step back and think of how blessed I really am 💕 there is SO much happiness and JOY around us to be thankful for ✨

went on a 20 mile bike ride this morning + my legs are JELLO! The weather was absolutely beautiful, it was peaceful, and there was lots of green everywhere 🌿🌷🌳 I really couldn’t have asked for a better morning.

Livet med to børn er fantastisk (hårdt)! 💙
Og tiden til en selv, og specielt min egen træning, er ikke helt den samme. 
Men når det (en sjælden gang) lykkes at få dem til at sove på samme tid, udnytter jeg det til at få trænet- for det giver overskud og gør mig glad 💪🏻😃 - Jeg må træne, når jeg bliver ‘gammel’ 😆

For a month now I haven’t been tracking macros consistently🤷🏼‍♀️ everyone gets in those ruts. While I have still been making healthy decisions and haven’t gained weight I’ve definitely been way under on protein some of the days and probably over my carb and fat goals some of the time as well. Such is life. For me, I haven’t been feeling the greatest internally. I took a food sensitivity blood test a few weeks back because I was experiencing a lot of digestive issues and bloating. Some days I didn’t even want to go to the gym because it was just uncomfortable. I got the tests back this past week  and it turns out I’m highly sensitive to the majority of dairy products. That doesn’t mean I’m allergic or lactose intolerant just means my body reacts to it more then other foods I eat which is why I can’t digest it as easily. This is my first week going about 90% dairy free with my meals. I am also trying to limit the amount of gluten I’m eating as well. I want to see how I feel after a few weeks of doing this because honestly if it gets rid of the uncomfortable bloating then I am all for it. I will never be entirely dairy free or gluten free😅 I’m not about that life. This week im going back to the macro tracking and eating whole clean foods way of life that I love. I can’t wait for the inflammation internally to calm down. I’ve been so sluggish feeling this past month, now that I know the root of the cause I’m ready to get back on the grind here. There may be speed bumps along your journey but as long as you keep on moving forward that’s all you can do.🙏🏻

I don't get bored because I Always change up the flavor of protein powder, and fruit combo.
Today: organic oats with scoop one  Strawberry #idealfit #proteinpowder topped with chopped mango, blueberries, sunflower seeds and organic coconut.
Now to go out enjoy this beautiful day before the humidity creeps back.
