I am always on the lookout for restaurants that make you feel virtuous after your meal rather than riddled with guilt.
One to consider is plant-based @wildfoodcafe_islington with their emphasis on wild, foraged produce and working with small independent producers.
I wouldn't have shared the delicious pictured kimchi pancake with anyone else today apart from @king_of_kimchi. 
The mixture of cashew aioli, sweet chilli sauce, sliced courgette and mixed seeds was a winner in our eyes.
And the rainbow cheesecake in the 2nd pic should be a compulsory item for all pride parades.

Everyone knows the importance of food for their body. Sometimes, it can be the hardest thing to make the right food choices because food is delicious! One of my biggest downfalls is breakfast! Like seriously, give me all the breakfast foods: bagels, waffles, French toast, PANCAKES!!

While I do indulge sometimes, I’ve learned how to make my favorite breakfast foods healthier! These pancakes are not your traditional pancakes. They are filled with only healthy goodness, and no, these are not your 2-ingredient pancakes. No syrup needed with these delicious pancakes because the strawberries create their own syrup. I promise taste is not compromised at all!

Le café de la plage- Ariane ( corse) 
Salade Cœur de bœuf- burrata (16€) Avis:  un joli petit resto de plage, assez chic dans son genre. les plats à la carte ne sont pas donnés ( dans les 30€) mais on y mange bien. cette entrée était aussi délicieuse que copieuse. 
Le Service était impeccable! Malgré le monde les serveurs étaient tous au petit soin. Merci à eux.

Spor öncesi(05:12), muzlu yerfıstıklı ekmeğe devam ettim. Bugün 30dk bisiklet sürdüm, 40dk koştum. Spor sonrasında(08:35) yaptığım içecek için: bir çay kaşığı zerdeçal, zencefil tozu, biraz Kaya tuzu, tarçın, karabiber, biraz karadut şurubu, limon suyu, buz kalıpları halinde dondurduğum zencefil çayı ve bu sabah topladığım bir avuç böğürtlen kullandım. Büyük bir litrelik kavanozda yaptım. Kahvaltıda (10:55) canım yine patates çekti. Çok acıkmıştım,erken yedim. Akşam yemeği(16:45) de erken saatte ışık hızıyla yendi.😄Bugün yemek için yedim. Kalanları yemek ile yeni yapılan bir yemeği yemek arasında fark varmış. Plandaki gibi yeşil salata yapamadım, marul kötü olmuştu. Onun yerine fasulye ve kırmızı lahana ekledim. Son yeme saatim 16:57🙌 iyi haftasonları💫

One of our lunch options today was a Mediterranean inspired salad. .
Lovely combination of both raw and grilled vegetables such as aubergine, yellow and red bell pepper, courgette, red onion, black olives, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and snow peas. 
Topped with crumbled goat’s cheese and fresh thyme. .
Serve with just a wedge of lemon or make a quick dressing using a table spoon of extra virgin olive oil, a squeeze of lemon, a pinch of sea salt and some ground black pepper to taste. .
All of this can be ready in minutes, so no fuss on these hot summer days. 😎🏖 .

Ma kicsit felborult a rend, nem reggeliztünk. Helyette sokáig aludtunk és veszett fájdalmakkal ébredtem. A görcsök megint büntetnek kb csak dísznek vagyok jó ma, de annak meg elég rozzant 😂 Még jó hogy Martin szeret segíteni a konyhában, legalább ebédünk lett. 👌🏻 Fűszeres csirkecomb rizzsel és zöldségekkel. 🍗🥕🥦

You can totally see the sweat on my forehead 😍 I actually did Cardio fix not the remix today. Didn’t realize that until I was finished lol. I pushed myself a little further today and did a little bit of what Autumn Calabrese was doing instead of modifying. I am feeling so good. Can’t wait til Monday. I am so excited to weigh myself 😬😎🥰 Now it’s time to enjoy my yummy shake. Y’all have a great and blessed day 😘

I wanted Chinese REALLY bad! After driving almost 9 hours round trip(lots of roadwork/construction delay because ‘tis the season in New England)today to go to the Canadian boarder for our global entry applications I just wanted to do take out!! But I thought by the time I wait for it to cook and get home I could easily have whipped this one up and still be on track!! And I am so happy I didn’t cave! I am not left with that crazy bloated feeling and this totally hit the spot!! Now if only I could make a good keto 🥠 fortune cookie!!

🥡 Orange Chicken 🥢 
Makes 5 Servings
1 Serving: 266 Calories, 15g Fat, 1g Carbs, Protein 33g

1.5 pounds chicken breast ,Cut into bite-sized pieces 
3 Tbsp coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup liquid aminos or soy sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tsp orange extract
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup brown Swerve or erythritol
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
1 tablespoon Orange Zest
½ tsp Xanthan gum
Green Onions, To garnish, optional

Directions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Place the coconut flour in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper, add the chicken on top and toss until evenly coated.
3. Add just enough oil to coat the bottom of the hot skillet and then add the chicken(I used 1/4 cup). Cook,stirring occasionally until all the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
4.  Meanwhile whisk together all the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
5.  Once the chicken is cooked through and golden brown remove it from the skillet.
6.  Pour the contents of the small bowl into the hot skillet and simmer and stir until thickened.
7.  Remove the skillet from the heat, add the chicken back in, and toss to coat.
8. Garnish with some green onions if you want, and enjoy. I served it with riced cauliflower  fried!
