Цветная капуста, разделить на соцветия — 1 кочан
Чесночный порошок — 2 ч. л.
Сливочное масло, растопить — 1 ст. л.
Любой острый соус (чили, табаско, шрирача) — 180 мл
Соль, перец — по вкусу

Приготовление:

1. Разогрейте духовку до 220 °C. Хорошо смажьте противень.
2. В небольшой миске смешайте чеснок, масло, острый соус, соус и перец.
3. В большую миску выложите соцветия капусты. Полейте сверху маринадом. Хорошо всё перемешайте, чтобы капуста полностью покрылась соусом.
4. Распределите соцветия по подготовленному противню и отправьте в духовку на 20-30 минут.
5. Подавайте с ломтиками сельдерея и любимым соусом.

Happy Saturday friends! I hope you all are having a great weekend so far! I wasn’t feeling to well yesterday and I skipped my workout. A couple years ago I would of felt so so guilty for skipping a workout and would of resulted in me restricting my food for the day! But I knew yesterday that I need to rest and fuel my body with good nutrients! Long story short, it’s easy to get caught up in comparing yourself to others (especially on social media & especially with working out) but nobody knows your body like you do and you have to treat your body right! Just because you missed a workout or two or ten doesn’t mean you should be punishing yourself! LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!! ❤️

Since I was feeling better today I decided to take a nice walk up to my neighborhood gym and get a good workout in this morning! I came home and made this EGG WRAP! The “tortilla” is made with 2 eggs, 1 tsp flour (I used @bobsredmill #glutenfree flour) and 1 tsp water, mixed it all up and cooked it on a pan! I stuffed it with spinach, avocado, @applegate turkey & @primalkitchenfoods ketchup 😍

1 can chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
1/2 cup any nut butter
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
5 tbsp honey
A pinch of salt
~blend in a food processor~
Add the choc chips and mix! Enjoy!!🤗

I grow just 1 for trial. Because general watermelon wasn't tasty when I grew before. It’s the first time to grow, and its taste was super good. Super sweet, watery and the skin is so thin that can easily peelable. (which means 98% tasty red part 2% waste as you can see) If I have to choose normal and this small one I would pick apple watermelon.

Mittagessen heute:
Italienischer warmer Nudelsalat 😍😍😍
Während ich die ersten 2 Wände gestrichen habe, hat Phil so unfassbar lecker gekocht ❤
Rezept:
- 250g Vollkorn Spirellis
- ca. 50g Rucola
- 1 Knoblauchzehe - 1 Lauchzwiebel (wir haben eine normale Zwiebel genommen)
- 80g Cherry-Tomaten - 1 Feta (eigentlich 1 Mozzarella)
- 1,5 EL Balsamico - 1 EL Öl
Nudeln in Brühe kochen. 
5EL der Nudelbrühe in einen Messbecher geben. Dazu die gehackte Knoblauchzehe und die klein geschnittene Zwiebel. Außerdem Pfeffer,  Salz, den Balsamico und das Öl dazu mischen.
Gare Nudeln abschütten und warm zurück in die Schüssel geben. Feta, Rucola, Tomaten und Dressing dazu geben.
Mischen und fertig.

Cooking is another hobby that got kicked to the sidelines for the past few years. I’ve been enjoying getting back into some of my favorite recipe books and being able to use the produce from the yard. I wish I would have planted more this season, next year! Exercise is only part of the equation in creating your best self. Your diet and nutrition play a huge role in how you feel on a daily basis. I was lucky enough to outsource healthy cooking for the past few years, but I’m looking forward to taking back some of this responsibility. I’m definitely out of practice, but it’s coming back bit by bit!⠀

⚪qara qarağat - 150 qr
◽Süd, alma püresi, bitki yağı, limon şirəsi, soda, darçını yaxşıca qarışdırırıq.
◽Hissə-hissə unu əlavə edib, tam həll olunmuş kütlə alınana qədər qarışdırırıq.
◽Sonda qarağatı töküb qarışdırırıq.
◽Yağlanmış tavanı (yapışmaz) əvvəlcə yaxşıca qızdırırıq.
◽Qızdırılmış tavaya 2 x.q. qarağatlı kütlədən tökürük.

⚫овсяная мука - 150 г
⚫молоко - 250 мл
⚫яблочное пюре (натертое яблоко) - 250 г
⚫лимонный сок - 1 ст.л.
⚫растительное масло - 3 ст. л.
⚫сода - 1 ч.л.
⚫корица - 1 ч.л.
⚫черная смородина - 150 г
◾В миске перемешиваем молоко, яблочное пюре, растительное масло, лимонный сок, соду и корицу.
◾Добавляем муку по частям и очень хорошо перемешиваем до однородной массы.
◾Берем сковороду с антипригарным покрытием и смазываем маслом.
◾Нагреваем сковороду на среднем огне.
◾На нагревшую сковороду кладем 2 ст. л. из тесто.
◾Готовим 1-2 минуты, либо пока не увидим пузыри на большей поверхности панкейка.
◾Сразу переворачиваем и готовим еще пока панкейк не подрумянится.
💦Подаем с любимым вашим лакомством. Лучше всего подойдут: мёд, сироп, арахисовая или кунжутное паста.

* Malzemeler birbirini tutana kadar biraz su
* ops: Eritilmiş bitter çikolata ve hindistan cevizi tozu

Metod:
* Tüm kuru malzemeleri robotta iyice çekin daha sonra çekirdeklerini çıkardığınız hurmaları ve B.delicious Badem Ezmesi’ni ekleyin. Tekrar çekin.
* Birleşmeyeceğini düşündüğünüz bir karışım elde edeceksiniz, kulladığınız kuru malzeme miktarına göre sıvıya ihtiyacınız olabilir. Ben göz kararı su kullandım siz sütte kullanabilirsiniz.

* Malzemeler birbirini tutana kadar biraz su
* ops: Eritilmiş bitter çikolata ve hindistan cevizi tozu

Metod:
* Tüm kuru malzemeleri robotta iyice çekin daha sonra çekirdeklerini çıkardığınız hurmaları ve B.delicious Badem Ezmesi’ni ekleyin. Tekrar çekin.
* Birleşmeyeceğini düşündüğünüz bir karışım elde edeceksiniz, kulladığınız kuru malzeme miktarına göre sıvıya ihtiyacınız olabilir. Ben göz kararı su kullandım siz sütte kullanabilirsiniz.
* Güzel bir harç elde ettikten sonra tepeleme tatlı kaşığı porsiyonlayarak güzel toplar yapıp hindistan cevizi tozu veya istediğiniz herhangi bir malzemeye bulayın. Voila! Muhteşem lezzet toplarınız yemeye hazır!

So today's dinner was a bowl fully loaded with some good stuff, a few things from the farmer market had to be on this plate 💚🌿 As I was a child, I loved to pick the green peas right away from the bush 😇 today I saw this beautifully thick pea pods and had to take them home 💕 also I grilled some corn, boiled brokkoli, roasted potato quarters and added some pomegranate seeds, avo smash, cherry tomatoes, lettuce and nut tofu. For the tofu I made a teriyaki marinade of
100 ml soy sauce
50 ml water
1 grated clove of garlic
4 tbsp applesauce
1 tbsp raspberry vinegar
2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
Just mix everything in a pan and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Then add 1 tbsp of cornstarch and let it boil for another minute.
Marinade the diced tofu in the teriyaki sauce (the longer, the better 😜), then put a tiny little bit oil inti a pan and saute the tofu in it, until most of the marinade is soaked in. It doesn't get that much crunchy, but the taste is heavenly 💕

Jusque mi-juin, mon rythme professionnel était très intense, du coup j'ai été atteinte d'une flemmingite aiguë concernant les tâches ménagères et notamment la cuisine. Après 4 semaines de laisser-aller total niveau alimentaire, il est temps de reprendre les bonnes habitudes! 
Ce midi, c'était dahl de lentilles corail et pois chiches accompagné de riz 1/2 complet. Simple, complet et délicieux, le dahl est une manière de cuisiner les lentilles que j'ai découverte il y a peu. L'intérêt est la variété presque infinie de déclinaisons de ce plat☺

Recipe:
Sauté cherry tomatoes and mushrooms in garlic, olive oil and salt while your pasta cooks, then stir in some spinach for the last minute, let it wilt and add a squeeze of tomato purée, lots of salt & black pepper and a squeeze of lemon.

happy saturday, my beautiful friends! ❤️ I started off my day my sleeping in, doing an at-home strength workout from @popsugarfitness (see stories for details) followed by a slow breakfast before diving into homework then heading into work!
I realized this morning that in 2.5 weeks I have my final exam for my nutrition course 😅, and 3 weeks today is my 21st birthday 🎉!
it’s safe to say I’m much more excited and prepared for the later 😊

ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH & CARROTS | Orange food! So good for you because of all the beta-carotene that is packed into bright coloured foods! Foods high in this pigment include carrots, squash, sweet potatoes, spinach and kale. And why exactly is beta-carotene good for you? Well (as part of a well-balanced diet) it’s great for maintaining good skin health - it’s an antioxidant that helps to protect us against free radicals, which can be harmful to the skin and there’s evidence to suggest that beta-carotene is helpful in maintaining good eye health. So here’s a recipe to help you get more beta-carotene in your diet! . 
Ingredients:

1 butternut squash, peeled, deseeded and cut into small chunks
2 carrots, peeled & chopped 
I red onion, peeled & sliced 
1 tsp paprika 
1 tsp ground cumin 
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 
1/2 tsp chilli flakes 
Olive oil .
Method .
1️⃣ Pre-heat the oven to gas mark 6, 400F/200C. Place the carrot, squash and red onion on a large baking tray lined with foil.
2️⃣ Drizzle a large glug of olive oil right across the veg, sprinkle on all the spices and then mix everything together with your hands 
3️⃣ Place in the oven for 35-40 mins until the veg is cooked and soft. 
4️⃣ Serve either as a side dish or add to a salad.
