The statistics for postpartum depression and anxiety are shocking: 1 in 10 women and 1 in 20 men in Australia experience antenatal depression and or anxiety. As parents and parents to be, we are the major influencers of our childrens diet. During pregnancy our babies taste the foods we eat via the amniotic fluid, after birth they taste our food via the breastmilk, and at weaning and into childhood they observe everything we do and will make the choices we make. И снова о питании... 😄😉 Каждая молодая мамочка родив ребёнка и начав его кормить всегда переживает, чтобы такого съесть, чтобы у малыша не появилась аллергия... 🤔 Вот и я не исключение! Но благодаря опыту и знаниям о правильном питании, полученным в дородовом периоде я на 70 % справляюсь с этой задачей!!! Остальным 30%, честно признаюсь, мешает усталость и лень😣... Но я работаю над собой!
На фото овсяно-кукурузно-рисовые кексы с бананом и черникой🤗... Это тот случай, когда Крокет и Мария уже надоели, а вкусненького и безвредного хочется☝️

Loving these for breakfast atm , so nutricious and tasty as the green veg is mild in flavour so you cant taste it 👌🏽
Working on naturally upping my iron intake . Added vitamin c rich fruit to aid iron absorption 🥝

SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS
Spinach ,brocoli ,cucumber , kiwi, frozen banana ,hemp protein powder, hemp milk , chia seeds , walnuts.
More walnuts and some organic dried apricots on the side. Orange dried apricots contain sulphur dioxide (E220) to keep there colour! I don't actually like apricots😂 but there high in iron so 🤷🏽‍♀️.

🍳What do we cook for children? 🥪 ⠀

Today, my husband and I decided to write about food😁. He talked about his super pancakes in his profile @ papa.printer. Not quite eloquent, but on the other hand. They really are always thin and elastic with him! I’m more for soups, meat and pastries. Although, I want to lay the meat on men's strong shoulders😅. ⠀

My husband and I have equal responsibilities in the kitchen. Although, pepewess is on his side more. And I’ll tell you, after all, men cook deliciously. ”⠀

And now I’ll tell you what we often cook for our kids. ⠀

1. Porridge. Someone likes buckwheat, someone oatmeal. Sometimes we cook lentils with butter. ⠀

2. Soups. I cook the carrots and onions whole, then clean. I don’t condiment. Grasses, yes. Soups are prepared only from October to March maximum ⠀

3. Pancakes and pancakes in all cases. Someone with sour cream, someone with jam, and someone with meat and vegetables eating ⠀

4. Omelet with different fillings. Prefer in the oven. ⠀

5. Sponge cake, muffins, charlotte. ⠀

6. Cheesecakes and cottage cheese casserole. Children do not like raisins, but I adore. Therefore, we cook separately. ⠀

7. Sandwiches. Here we look what is in the refrigerator. Usually cheese, ham, sauce, salad, or with krill. ⠀

8. Chocolate flakes with milk. Children prefer wheat ⠀

9. Labeling with sugar. ⠀

10. Milkshakes. Mila only drinks milk like that. ⠀

11. Grilled steak with vegetables. ⠀

12. Fish cakes (adores Nadine). ⠀

13. Macaroni with cheese and sausages. Very rarely, but there are. Well, we have many children, where de without macaros, which are always and quickly done. 😁 Hard and al dente 👍⠀

14. Pasta, pasta with pesto, carbonara, with vegetables and soy sauce. This way we cook pasta more often. ⠀

15. Pizza. And purchased, and on a curd basis, and dough, mixed with ingredients. ⠀

16. Dumplings, dumplings. Rare. ⠀

17. Rolls. Loved by everyone except Nadine. ⠀

18. Baked fish. Everyone is eating. ⠀

19. Stewed potatoes, mashed potatoes, baked rare. ⠀

‘Many of the physiological changes that occur during pregnancy are driven by the hormones estrogen and progesterone. Estrogen and progesterone are sex steroids, produced by a series of reactions in the ovary. Before pregnancy, their synthesis is controlled by gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), released from the hypothalamus in the brain. At the pituitary gland (at the base of the brain), GnRH stimulates the release of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) into the circulation. During pregnancy, the increase in estrogen production, first by the corpus luteum and later by the placenta suppress the release of LH and FSH, so that no more follicles are matured in the ovary (mum doesn’t need to be investing her resources in another baby just yet!).’⠀

My go-to pregnancy snack craving these days. It's hard sometimes to snack of perfect foods and to control portion sizes, but this snack seems to hit the spot and it is nutritious. Just air pop the popcorn, drizzle it with olive oil and if you're up to it, a dash of sea salt. So yummy!

Rainy mornings call for BAKING! and i’m baking up a double batch of @nutritionstripped walnut bread! In my version this morning I’m subbing molasses for maple syrup and oat bran for almond flour (pregnant lady needs some digestion help🤷🏼‍♀️) This bread 🍞 is amazing and so easy to cook up! I’m hoping it lasts until tomorrow, when @rosiebellefarm drops off my highly anticipated ‘Honey-Vanilla Butter’ 🙌🏻 bread + butter = the 👌🏻pair!

Being incredibly mindful this pregnancy on my nutrition. Staying in tune with my body and feeding it the fresh fruits, vegetables, and healthy grains it's been craving. I've decided to, for now, not remain keto. My digestion has been compromised and I'd like to maintain a healthy gut without having to load up on stool softeners. Pregnancy hormones are already rough on digestion as it is!

I ❤️creating these bowls and enjoying them with the kids on our (still living🤞🏻) plant 🌺filled patio! •
Today my inspiration came from @valleyval87 and I had the perfect base for the smoothie with my @ancientnutr turmeric bone broth protein that I got from @nashfitfoodie ’s goodie bag this week 🙌🏻See what else I snuck into beauty 👇🏻

1 cup home-made almond milk, 1/4 avocado (for some good fat!), 2/3 cup frozen riced cauliflower, 3/4 cup frozen mango, 1/2 frozen banana, 1/2 tsp turmeric for extra anti-inflammatories! Topped with 1 🍓, hemp seeds, raw pumpkin seeds & 🐝 pollen! Hope your Saturday is off to a great start!
