Une pizza simple, rapide, avec seulement de bons ingrédients : une tortilla au blé complet 🌮, du coulis de tomate nature 🥫, du sel 🧂, du poivre, un filet d’huile d’olive 🍶, du thon en boîte 🦈😂, une demi mozzarella , un peu d’oignon rouge et de l’origan du jardin !

Bon, le secret c’est que plus le four est chaud, mieux c'est. Pour information, la température dans les fours à pizza dépasse souvent les 400 °C. A la maison évidemment, atteindre une telle température est impossible, mais vous pouvez quand même préchauffer votre four au maximum (270 °C., 300 °C., si c'est possible🔥🔥🔥), car la pâte à pizza, ici notre tortilla  à besoin d'un choc thermique pour cuire correctement.

Une pizza réussie 🍕, c'est une pâte croustillante et un fromage qui reste moelleux, sans trop colorer. La meilleure place pour la cuisson d'une pizza, c'est donc dans le bas du four. Quant au temps de cuisson (qui dépend de la température du four et du four lui même), il peut varier entre 5 min et 15 min. L'idéal c'est que vous soyez à côté de votre pizza pour vérifier que tout se passe bien.

Celle-ci a cuit en 5 minutes seulement !! ⏲

6 rice cakes and cottage cheese

312 Kcals burned training legs 8am
54%Carbs
29%Protein
19%Fat

Way off on me Marcos and few hundred Kcals over, its alright, learn from mistakes and crack on! 
Need to be better prepared and say no to continually eating lol, the inner fatty is still in there.

Here’s the basic principles to live by when getting shreddy is the goal..

Ultimately, you’ve got to burn more calories than you eat. End of. How you do that..? A calorie deficit. A good place to start for most is multiplying your body weight (lbs) by 12. Whatever that number is, that’s the calories you eat.

Eat enough protein to sustain muscle. 1g per pound is a good number for most.

Heavy lifting builds muscle. It also retains muscle. Strive to never go backwards with your lifts - always progress.

Here’s the basic principles to live by when getting shreddy is the goal..

Ultimately, you’ve got to burn more calories than you eat. End of. How you do that..? A calorie deficit. A good place to start for most is multiplying your body weight (lbs) by 12. Whatever that number is, that’s the calories you eat.

Eat enough protein to sustain muscle. 1g per pound is a good number for most.
-
Heavy lifting builds muscle. It also retains muscle. Strive to never go backwards with your lifts - always progress.
-
This is one of that most of us don’t get enough of - good quality sleep. Aim for 7 minimum, 8-9 is optimum.
-
Make sure you’re getting plenty of water and electrolytes. Hunger is often a sign of dehydration. If you’re in a deficit, the last thing you want is extra hunger. Water can also curb hunger paaangs!

Personally, I had peaches in plain whole milk Greek yogurt. Full of protein and a very satisfying dessert. 👍
These yummy peaches in whipped heavy cream (pictured) went to my husband, for his dessert. 😋🍑 I also added a little bit of honey. 🍯
Even though I've been eating heathier, I still crave a sweet treat after dinner. So fruit and yogurt it is! ⭐
Better for me to eat this than some other dessert. Fruit satisfies me and my sweet tooth, VS. going through a whole box of cookies yet still craving more.

This is a great dessert, but it could be a delicious and light breakfast as well.

I was nervous as hell, with no real clue how things would go. But once I hit this first attempt all of that subsided and I was able to just have fun. Cause if you’re not having fun you’re doing it wrong!

Crazy to think this was already 5 or so years ago, with many more competitions since then in multiple sports...maybe after this next cut I’ll book in another one🤔

This edible vegan cookie dough contains only 8 ingredients and one of the ingredients will probably surprise you! The recipe is much healthier than most cookie doughs, it's protein-rich, eggless, and can be made oil-free + refined sugar free! It's quick and easy to make in less than 10 minutes.
📝Ingredients:
▪️One 15 oz can chickpeas rinsed and drained (about 275 g)

Dans mon bowl, du quinoa @prozisfrance, du chou rouge cru, du melon, du concombre, des pois chiches, du persil et de la menthe fraîche, une portion de saumon cuite au bain-marie, un peu de gomasio, de citron vert, de sauce sriracha et de sauce tahini. Pour ma sauce tahini, comme d’habitude j’ai mis 🔸une belle cuillère à soupe de tahini

Récemment, j'ai testé des MOUSSES AU CHOCOLAT VEGAN ❤ sans sucres ajoutés avec du jus de pois chiches, du sirop d'agave et au chocolat noir parsemé de pralin et pépites. Je suis plutôt ravie du résultat 😄😋. Qui en a déjà mangé ? C'est l'idéal quand on est enceinte et que l'on a pas le droit de manger des oeufs non cuits. Für mich geht’s gleich wieder los zur Arbeit 🏥, das erste Mal nach dem Urlaub. Ich freu mich, Kollegen & Bewohner wiederzusehen. 🥰

Heute Mittag habe ich mal wieder etwas herumprobiert, es gab ➡️ KICHERERBSEN KLÖPSKIS MIT GEMÜSE-PASTA 🍝😍❤️🧡❤️
An den Klöpskis muss ich noch etwas üben, daher kann ich da nur das ungefähre Rezept posten, ich hoffe ihr versteht das. 😊

Zubereitung für 1 Portion:
• in einem hohen Gefäß folgende Zutaten miteinander mixen: 100g Kichererbsen, 70g grob geriebene Zucchini, Salz, Pfeffer, 1/2 Zwiebel, 1 Knoblauchzehe
• anschließend die Masse mit ausreichend Mehl (ca 60g) mischen, wer mag gibt noch etwas Kreuzkümmel dazu
• mit weniger Zucchini denke ich brauch man auch weniger Mehl
• in Fett ausbraten

Dazu gab’s bei mir Vollkorn Pasta mit Gemüse und etwas Tomatensauce. Die Zubereitung seht ihr wie immer in der aktuellen Story. 🎥😊 Meine Portion hatte stolze 813 Kalorien. ✅

Есть множество вариантов  вегетарианского майонеза, на основе тех же кешью, но хочу я с вами поделиться рецептом из АВОКАДО 🥑

📝 Рецепт:
⠀
✅2 авокадо ( спелых)
✅100 мл воды ( примерно, добавляйте постепенно, кому хочется  более жидкий, добавьте еще водички)
✅сок одного лимона
✅соль во вкусу
✅чеснок ( по вкусу, 1-2)

В блендер отправляем авокадо, чеснок, сок лимона и воды.
Измельчаем все на небольшой скорости.

Срок хранения у него такой же как у всех домашних майонезов, и из-за авокадо он может потемнеть ( ничего страшного в этом нет).

This VEGGIE TEMPEH PESTO PASTA was exactly what I wanted and it was super easy to make. @eatbanza tossed with sautéed frozen veggies🥦🥕, garlic, lentil quinoa tempeh, kale, onion, & zucchini🥒. Then I added my vegan chili lime cilantro pesto from the @portlandfarmers market and topped it with fresh basil🌱! Plus it made two more servings for the week which is IDEAL!
