🇩🇪 ● SOUFFLÉ - schnell gemacht und am Besten noch warm serviert ●
➡️ Zutaten:
• 120 g Zartbitter-Schokolade(chocolate)
• 30 g Butter • 50 g Zucker (sugar)
• 2 Eier (eggs)
• 2 EL Schlagsahne ( 2 tablespoons heavy cream)
• 50 g Mehl (all purpose flour)
• 1 EL Kakao (1 tablespoon cocoa powder)
➡️ Die Schokolade mit der Butter in einem Topf schmelzen. Parallel dazu die Eier trennen; die Eigelbe mit dem Zucker mischen und das Eiweiß mit einer Prise Salz in einer anderen Schüssel steif schlagen. ➡️ Die geschmolzene Schoko-Butter zu den Eigelben hinzufügen. ➡️ Das Mehl mit dem Kakao verühren und zur Masse geben und vermengen+ ganz zum Schluss den Eischnee vorsichtig unterheben.

And it never will. Crap. I haven’t done a post like this in so long and I was reminded the other day by seeing one of my old posts like this. Why? . People on the internet suck. I was asked if “ I work out anymore” and “ how come I’m not thin anymore” because of a video that my lower belly popped out a bit 😂

Let me tell you something. It’s called some skin and yes some belly “fat” because I’m fucking normal. We legit all of body fat. We need body fat. So many of us get hung up on “ lower belly fat” ( we all have this. It is the most stubborn area to lose fat ) .. I have it. I have cellulite. ( majority of women have this ) . I have stretch marks. I have saggy skin from my two kids. .
.
The outside pictures show me trying to get a picture perfect angle of myself. ( after 100 takes and getting the right angle and lightening ). I am not perfect, nor will I ever be. I don’t claim to be. Take social media pictures and everything you see online with a grain of salt and STOP being so hard on yourself.

Many of us show our better sides and angles but not all of us show the raw, the real, the “flaws”. The best thing you can do for yourself is just stop comparing ( I know this is hard), take care of yourself and your body and live a healthy lifestyle. .
.
Y’all abs come and go. No one has perfect abs 24/7 unless they are 1. Flexing and 2. In a strict competition and have a strict diet. The goal should be to be the healthier and better version of yourself and not starve yourself, restrict and make yourself go CRAZY because the girl/ model/ whoever you look up to *probably* photoshopped her picture, took 1 hour to get the best picture, held her breathe in and got the best angle. Don’t beat yourself. up. –

3.in another pan , put the oil , the diced onions, garlic , the red peppers & the tomatoes ..salt & black pepper
4.in a pyrex , put the grilled chicken then the tomato sauce on it & finally the cheese on top ..leave it for half an hour in a preheated oven 200 c / 400F

Steamed or grilled gluten is popular in Northern China, you can find packaged dried steamed gluten (烤麸) at most Chinese stores or you can also make it yourself with seitan powder and yeast 👌

🌈Ingredients

🌱Gluten 100g
🌱Garlic
🌱Spring Onion
🌱Chili Paste
🌱Soy Sauce
🌱Vegan Oyster Sauce
🌱Chinese Dark Vinegar

🌈RECIPE

✔Soak the gluten in water for one minute, drain it and steam it for 10 mins. Meanwhile cut 2 cloves of garlic very finely, then cut some spring onion into small pieces 🙏

✔ Put the gluten in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark Chinese vinegar, 1 tablespoon of vegan oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of chili paste, garlic and spring onion 🥣

✔ Add some oil in a pan, heat it up until the oil is very hot, pour the oil in the bowl and mix everything well 🔥

In a large bowl, mix the flank steak with 2/3 of the coconut aminos and the lime juice.⁣
Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.⁣
Heat the oil in a frying pan, and add the steak (it’s probably best to do in two batches so that the beef is able to brown).⁣
Remove the beef from the pan, and add the sliced carrots⁣
After the carrots have begun to soften, add the Napa cabbage and fry to soften.⁣
Push the vegetables to the edge of the pan, and to the centre add the green onion, ginger, and garlic.⁣
Fry for a few minutes, and then add the beef to the pan, along with the tapioca flour.⁣
Serve on a bed of fresh Napa cabbage.⁣

Ingredients

For Garlic Pickle
1/2 cup garlic (lehsun) cloves , peeled
3 tbsp mustard (rai / sarson) oil
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tsp finely chopped jaggery (gur)
1/2 tsp salt

To Be Ground Together For The Masala
2 tsp split mustard seeds (rai na kuria)
1/4 tsp split fenugreek seeds (methi na kuria)
1/4 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/4 tsp crushed coriander (dhania) seeds
1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)

Method
For garlic pickle
1.To make garlic pickle, heat the oil in a non-stick kadhai, add the garlic cloves and turmeric powder and sauté on a slow flame for 3 to 4 minutes or till they are soft, while stirring continuously.
2. Add the lemon juice and cook on a slow flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
3. Add the chilli powder, jaggery and salt and cook on a slow flame for another 2 to 3 minutes or till the jaggery has dissolved, while stirring occasionally.
4. Add the masala powder, mix well and cook for another minute.
5. Remove from the flame, cool and store in a sterilised glass jar.Store the garlic pickle in a cool dry place.
6. This garlic pickle is ready for the table after 1 week.

Burger au poulet croustillant 🍔

Ingrédients pour le burger :
- 2 buns achetés chez @frichti - 2 filets de poulet
- 1 œuf - farine
- Corn flakes (pour la chapelure)
- avocat
- cheddar
- oignon rouge
- salade iceberg

Pour la mayo maison:
- 1 jaune doeuf
- 1 cas de moutarde
- huile - cornichons
Pour les pdt :
Prendre des pommes de terres, les découper, rajouter de l'huile d'olive, du sel, des herbes de Provence et faire cuire au four pendant 30/40mn.

1 - mayo
Dans un saladier, mettre le jaune d'œuf, 1 cuillère à soupe de moutarde, sel, poivre et mélanger. En mélangeant avec un fouet, rajouter de l'huile tout doucement pour faire monter la mayo.
Découper des cornichons en petits cubes et rajouter les dans la mayo.

2 - préparation
Découper l'avocat en fines tranches.
Découpez l'oignon rouge en fines tranches et y ajouter un peu de vinaigre balsamique.
Découper le cheddar en tranches.
Découper les buns en 2 et les faire griller au four 5 mn (laisser le four allumé pour la suite). 3 - poulet
Préparer un bol de farine, un bol d'oeuf battu et un bol de corn flakes écrasés finement (qui servira de chapelure).
Déposer les filets de poulet dans la farine , puis l'oeuf et enfin dans la chapelure.
Faire cuire le poulet dans une casserole d'huile bien chaude pendant 10mn environ. Quand c'est cuit, le déposer sur du sopalin et saler.

4. Dressage
Étaler la mayo sur les buns.
Sur les buns du bas, déposer la salade, l'avocat.
Déposer le cheddar sur le poulet et le mettre au four queluqes minutes pour que le fromage fonde.
Mettre le poulet sur l'avocat, rajouter l'avocat, les oignons et refermer.

~ Préchauffez le four à 200 degrés (th.6-7). Beurrez un moule carré et tapissez-le de papier sulfurisé beurré.
~ Concassez grossièrement les noix et les amandes entières.
~ Coupez le chocolat en morceaux et détaillez le beurre en parcelles. Faites-les fondre au four à micro-ondes ou au bain-marie, puis mélangez.
~ Cassez les œufs et séparez les jaunes des blancs. Fouettez les jaunes et le sucre jusqu’à ce que le mélange blanchisse.
~ Ajoutez les amandes en poudre, la farine, la cannelle, le chocolat et le beurre fondus, et enfin les noix et les amandes concassées.
~ Battez les blancs d’œuf en neige ferme avec le sel, puis mélangez-les délicatement à la préparation.
~ Versez cette dernière dans le moule, enfournez et laissez cuire pendant 10 minutes à 200 degrés. Baissez ensuite la température à 160 degrés (th.5-6) et prolongez la cuisson de 20 minutes.

Buongiorno e buona Domenica! Siamo tutti frenetici, il Natale si avvicina, siamo presi da mille cose, regali, addobbi, e soprattutto pensare a cosa preparare per il menu delle feste! Quick & easy Parmesan crusted chicken topped with melted mozzarella & tomato slices, baked in your fave marinara. Get the recipe below :)

INGREDIENTS

1 (16 ounce) sliced mozzarella log
1 tbsp fresh oregano
1 tbsp dried basil
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup fine almond flour
1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 egg, beaten
2 large chicken breasts, split in half lengthways
1/2 cup olive oil, divided
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tsp crushed black pepper
2 cups marinara
2 campari or other tomatoes, sliced
Optional garnish: Fresh oregano, basil and cracked black pepper

METHOD

STEP 1
Preheat oven to Broil. Season mozzarella with oregano, basil and red pepper flakes and drizzle with ¼ cup olive oil. Set aside to marinate.

STEP 2
In a shallow bowl, whisk almond flour and grated Parmesan with a fork to combine. Season chicken on both sides with salt, pepper and garlic powder, then dip in egg mixture followed by a dredge in almond flour cheese mixture.

STEP 3
Heat a large ovenproof skillet to medium and add remaining olive oil. Shallow fry the chicken cutlets fry for 2-3 minutes per side and remove chicken. Add marinara to skillet and place the chicken on top, followed by the marinated BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella slices.

STEP 4
Broil for 5 minutes in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbling and chicken registers 165˚F when using a thermometer. Remove skillet from oven and top with fresh tomato slices, followed by fresh oregano and cracked pepper. Serve immediately.
