Que buena la Pizza con Patatas y Salchichas. Y mucha mozzarella con grana padano al final. Beee.

Receta fácil para hacer de resaca o muy enamorados, o las dos cosas juntas:
Una taza de agua templada salada como el agua de mar. Deshacer en ella unos 5gr de levadura fresca y seguidamente añadir harina 00 o de panadero o de fuerza o 000 y mezclar a la vez hasta formar una masa compacta y un poco pegajosa. Dejar la masa en un bol bien tapado con film  y un trapo cuantas más horas mejor. 
Ah, las patatas una vez que las tenéis laminadas darles un hervor unos 5-8 minutos antes de ponerlas encima de la pizza, así quedarán más cremosas. #pizza #famona #comida #easyfood #barcelona #america #italia #food

𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐢𝐛𝐭 𝐦𝐢𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧 𝐝𝐢𝐞 𝐊𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐞, 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐢𝐡𝐫 𝐬𝐨 𝐚𝐮𝐟‘𝐬 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐭.

Jetzt wo ich grade an der heiligen Brotquelle sitze brauche ich schnell noch ein paar Ideen😃

120 g Hörnchennudeln, gekocht
2 kleine Essiggurken
2 EL Essiggurkenwasser
2 EL rote Zwiebeln, fein gehackt
1/2 TL Kala Namak (schwefelhaltiges Salz, wichtig für den Eigeschmack)
1/4 TL Kurkuma für die Farbe
1 TL Dill, frisch oder getrocknet
80 g vegane Mayo

Die Nudeln in einem Food Processor ein paar mal kurz mixen, bis sie zerkleinert aber noch stückig sind. In eine Schüssel geben und mit den restlichen Zutaten vermischen. Done!

Der Geschmack kann sich im Kühlschrank über Nacht gut entfalten. Man kann den Eiersalat natürlich auch sofort genießen!😋 Lasst es euch schmecken!

VEGAN EGG SALAD
This salad is something I really loved in the past so there was no other way but veganize it!

1 cup elbow pasta, cooked
2 small pickles, finely diced
2 tbsp pickle water
2 tbsp red onion, finely diced
1/2 tsp kala namak (indian salt)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp dill, dried
1/4 cup vegan mayo

In a food processor pulse the pasta a few times until the noodles are small but still chunky. Transfer to a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Done!

Place the egg salad in the fridge overnight, so the flavors can develop nicely - but of course you can also enjoy it immediately!

• 6 slices of bacon cooked⠀

Form a chicken in 3 equal sized patties. Using a small glass, cut the center of each patty to create a donut shape; Season the cutlets with salt and pepper.⠀
In a large frying pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add cutlets and fry for 2 minutes, then turn. Break the egg in the center of each, season with salt and pepper, cover with a lid and cook until the egg whites are ready, about 5 more minutes. Put cheese on top and cover with lid so that it melts, 1 minute.⠀
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce. Add the sauce to the fried buns.⠀
Serve hamburgers on toasted buns with cooked bacon, tomato and salad.⠀

2. Slice the potato with a thin slicer. Potato slice should be very thin.⠀
3. Place the potato slices in water to clean and remove the extra starch. ⠀
4. Again wash the potatoes with clean water. ⠀
5. Place the potato slices on a paper towel or a dry cloth to remove the moisture from the potatoes. ⠀
6. Keep dry cloth or paper towel on top of the potatoes to remove the extra moisture. Before frying make sure dry the potato slice completely.⠀
7. Heat oil and start frying the potato slices. ⠀
8. Once the sizzling/bubbling sound stops & oil is clear that's the indication of chips are ready.⠀
9. Add salt and chili powder. Toss the chips gently to mix well⠀

We love them in our baked goods like our cowboy cookies and on their own for breakfast as overnight oats. Our oats are hand rolled dry, old fashioned style oats and are so delicious ❤️
We want to do more with them though👌🏻
We’ve actually been recipe testing for a while now with them but we are now finishing it off to hopefully share with you soon 😊

Pensando en el drama 😅de todos los adictos a los helados diarios de verano... Al final, habrás matado tu antojo solo con 3 ingredientes. Casero, saludable y sin, o al menos con menos azúcar!! . ¡¡Apunten!! .

Pela un plátano 🍌 y córtalo por la mitad

Mete a cada pedazo un palo de polo, como en la foto

Congélalos 🥶 Solo con 10 minutos es suficiente 😱

Mientras tanto, calienta unas onzas de tu chocolate preferido hasta derretir, en mi caso 100% puro o mínimo 82% 
Saca los polos y unta con el chocolate derretido y pon tus toppings favoritos antes de que se solidifique!!! 🏃🏼‍♀️ En la foto podéis ver los que yo elegí pero hay infinitas opciones🤗😋 uno es de chocolate y semillas de sésamo ; y la otra mitad de chocolate y crema de anacardos

Had some leftovers from yesterday so I decided to put everything in a pan and look what happens 😅
You need: 1 cup of cooked rice • 2 cups of your favorite veggies ( I had mushrooms, zucchini and broccoli 🥦) • 3 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tsp miso paste • 1/2 cup of water • 1 tsp curry powder • lemon juice and chili if you like it

Stir fry the veggies until they’re al dente and add the soy sauce, the miso paste and the water. Stir everything and let it simmer for about 2 minutes. Add the rice and the curry powder and roast it until no water is left. Serve this simple and delicious dish with refreshing lemon juice and chili sauce or powder and enjoy it 💕💪🏻

Break the egg in the center of each, season with salt and pepper, cover with a lid and cook until the egg whites are ready, about 5 more minutes. Put cheese on top and cover with lid so that it melts, 1 minute.⠀
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce. Add the sauce to the fried buns.⠀

1 teaspoon minced garlic⠀
1/2 teaspoon minced ginger⠀
1 tablespoon olive oil⠀
1 tablespoons low sodium low soy sauce⠀
2 tablespoons Heinz chili sauce (substitute with Buffalo sauce or hot sauce to suit your heat preference)⠀
1 teaspoon brown sugar (or brown sugar substitute) -- OPTIONAL⠀
pinch of crushed red chili flakes⠀
1-2 teaspoons sriracha (adjust to suit your heat preference)⠀
4 skin off salmon fillets⠀
Salt and pepper to season⠀
1/2 teaspoon paprika (mild, smoky or spicy)⠀
1/4 cup chives chopped⠀
⠀
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, minced ginger, olive oil, soy sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, red chili flakes and sriracha to combine.⠀
Season salmon with salt, pepper and paprika. Add salmon fillets to the marinade, turning each to evenly coat in the sauce.⠀
Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight (if time allows).⠀
Preheat oven to 370°F (190°C). Heat an oven proof skillet over medium heat with a small drizzle of oil.⠀
Sear salmon for 2-3 minutes on both sides, undisturbed, to get nice crust. (You may need to sear in batches depending on the size of your skillet.)⠀
Transfer to plate and repeat with remaining salmon.⠀
Return all salmon fillets to the skillet. Alternatively, transfer to baking dish.Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.⠀
Serve warm with chopped chives.⠀

1 teaspoon minced garlic⠀
1/2 teaspoon minced ginger⠀
1 tablespoon olive oil⠀
1 tablespoons low sodium low soy sauce⠀
2 tablespoons Heinz chili sauce (substitute with Buffalo sauce or hot sauce to suit your heat preference)⠀
1 teaspoon brown sugar (or brown sugar substitute) -- OPTIONAL⠀
pinch of crushed red chili flakes⠀
1-2 teaspoons sriracha (adjust to suit your heat preference)⠀
4 skin off salmon fillets⠀
Salt and pepper to season⠀
1/2 teaspoon paprika (mild, smoky or spicy)⠀
1/4 cup chives chopped⠀

In a shallow bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, minced ginger, olive oil, soy sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, red chili flakes and sriracha to combine.⠀
Season salmon with salt, pepper and paprika. Add salmon fillets to the marinade, turning each to evenly coat in the sauce.⠀
Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight (if time allows).⠀
Preheat oven to 370°F (190°C). Heat an oven proof skillet over medium heat with a small drizzle of oil.⠀
Sear salmon for 2-3 minutes on both sides, undisturbed, to get nice crust. (You may need to sear in batches depending on the size of your skillet.)⠀
Transfer to plate and repeat with remaining salmon.⠀
Return all salmon fillets to the skillet. Alternatively, transfer to baking dish.Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.⠀
Serve warm with chopped chives.⠀

pizza mozzarella, sliced⠀
red leicester or cheddar, sliced⠀
1 small rotisserie chicken⠀
1 cup bbq sauce⠀
1 tbsp chives, finely chopped⠀
1 cup crispy bacon⠀
2 tbsp melted butter⠀
fries, to serve⠀
⠀
Slice the buns in half and lay the bottom halves on a lined baking tray. Cover with the mozzarella.⠀
In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, bbq sauce, chives and bacon.⠀
Spoon on top of the mozzarella.⠀
Top with red leicester slices, then the top bun halves. Brush all over with butter, lay another sheet of baking paper on top and weigh down with another baking tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C⠀
Bundle some fries in the middle.⠀
Get stuck in!⠀

If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll know how much I ❤️ baked oats. They are SUPER easy to make and they only take a few minutes to prep.⁣

You can make it in advance, perfect for those who are in a rush in the morning. I’ve added banana and cacao, but it’s a really versatile recipe, so you can add any fruit/nut/seed you fancy! Perfect way to get your 5 a day in 🙌🏼⁣

▪️1 cup m*lk of choice ⁣
▪️1/4 cup pure maple syrup ⁣
▪️2 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract⁣
▪️3 cups rolled oats⁣
▪️1/2 cup cocoa powder⁣ @gochocchick ▪️1/2 tsp salt⁣
Optional: 1 banana for topping⁣

▪️Preheat the oven to 180c ⁣
▪️Line a baking pan with parchment or grease the bottom and sides very well⁣
▪️In a large bowl, stir together the first 5 ingredients until evenly combined, then stir in remaining ingredients⁣
