Salah satu big why kenapa saya nak berubah 8 tahun dahulu adalah kerana saya mahu menjadi seorang wanita yang lebih confidence.

Gambar sebelah kiri tu adalah ketika semester pertama tahun pertama degree. Allahuakbar, time ni hidup saya satu je.. tidur makan study dapat result dean list. Langsung takde keinginan nak jaga kesihatan.

Sehinggalah sampai satu time tu, saya sendiri rasa berat nak bawak diri sendiri. Dengan berat badan hampir 100 KG. Baju pulak tak boleh beli yang biasa biasa... perlu beli baju saiz extra size. Baru muat.
.
Kawan kawan lain semuanya aktif, saya terpaksa duduk tepi diam diam sebab tak larat nak bawak diri sendiri. Time ni rasa sedih sebab umur muda lagi, tapi selalu letih nak jalan pun tak larat.
.
Bila ditanya apa yang buat sy tak pandang belakang lagi dah ketika ini sebab penat !!! Saya penat jadi gemuk. Penat tak boleh nak buat apa dan mcm orang lain. Aktif bersukan, running, hiking. Terhalang dek masalah berat badan.
.
Ada yang dtg ckp “Saya nak jadi sihat Ina ... tapi saya suka makan” !!! Yes. Mee too. Saya suka baking suka makan suka masak. Passion masing masing. Tips untuk yang suka makan, jadikan makanan sebab batu loncatan untuk anda ubah penampialn. Kalau tahu anda suka makan, tak salah. Tapi makan dengan betul, belajar untuk pilih makanan yang betul yg bantu anda sihat dan fit. Tak ke best.

Ramai yang cakap nak ku...rus perlu berlapar... tapi saya, dan peserta coaching kuruuusssss dengan makan 5x sehari hehe. Pelik kan ? Hehe.

2 keping isi kan merah
1/2 batang lobak merah saiz sedang, hiris halus
2 inci halia muda, hiris halus
2 ulas bawang putih, hiris halus
5 biji bawang merah, hiris halus
1 pokok daun bawang hiris halus
4-5 biji cili padi, diketuk
1/4 bahagian bunga kobis, potong sekuntum2
Garam dan serbuk lada hitam secukupnya
3 camca besar kicap cair*
1 camca teh sos tiram*
1/4 camca teh minyak bijan*
1 camca teh madu*(*disatukan dan kacau rata2)

CARA MEMBUATNYA 🙂
Ikan dilumur sedikit garam dan jus lemon, perap 10 minit, cuci bersih dan toskan. Lumur bahan yang disatukan (*) pada ikan hingga rata. Perap 20 minit. Kemudian letak ikan tadi dalam bekas tahan panas.

Letak bunga kobis dan tabur bahan lain atasnya, tabur sedikit garam jika kurang masin. Kukus selama15 - 20 minit atau hingga ikan masak. Hidangkan segera.

Resepi ni coach ambik senyap-senyap dalam group whatsapp KFOC 🤫

Who knew my daughter’s obsession with watching #barbiedreamhouseadventures would provide such inspiration.

#Barbie for me had always been the pinicale of “unreachability”… (body image wise)

I loved her as a child and played with her obsessively. I cried to myself as a young teen (and if I’m honest as an older teen/young adult too), knowing that I would never look like her, have her gorgeous long blond locks, her super incredible long legs and "perfect” figure. She was everything I wanted to be and knew I never could be! But I still loved her anyway! 
Now as an adult, listening, but not listening to the endless drone of those upbeat american voices on kids tv #firstworldproblems….. I caught the tail end of a scene and heard this nugget of incredible worth and inspiration. “P. A. C. E. …. POSITIVE ATTITUDE CHANGES EVERYTHING!” And just like that, I was swept up in nostalgic BARBIE love! Her looks are still as completely unatainable for me now as they were back then, (or anyone I’ve come to realize, thanks to maturity, without plastic surgery 🤪), but her character’s current upbeat nature and positive thinking, well …… there is definitely a whole lot more there to be inspired by than I had her credited for! 
Lesson to learn! Never dismiss anything with a preconceived idea. For simple words of positivity can have the power to quite literally, change anything!

I am suddenly feeling much more at ease for my daughter to carry on the family tradition of being a #barbiegirl 😀💋

It's simple. IF YOU ARE EXPENDING MORE CALORIES THAN YOU CONSUME, YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT. That is fact.

A calorie of protein, a calorie of fat, a calorie of carbohydrate, they are all EXACTLY the same in terms of fat loss.

Now I not saying that it's ok to eat a diet of purely protein.. but it's important to understand that a calorie is a calorie! 
If you want to lose weight, count your calories, be HONEST with your consumption and HONEST with the amount you are exercising.

A TRUE deficit of 500kcal per day will yield a loss of 1 pound in weight per week.

Did you know that the nutritional breakdown of a banana changes as it ripens?

An unripe banana is full of complex carbohydrates, but as it ripens, these are broken down into simple sugars which is why riper bananas are sweeter. 12月頃から寒さや乾燥で上咽頭炎が悪化して体調が悪くなかなかトレーニング出来ず、
2月中旬からはLOVEACEの練習やステージ以外でほぼ運動出来ず、
4月は全く運動出来ずそれどころか日常生活にも支障が出るほど安静にせざるを得なくて…😭🤧🤒
外出もほぼ出来ず毎日お家で過ごしていたら、それがきっかけで自炊中心の食生活になって食事に対する意識が高まっていきました🍴
ほぼ1か月まともに動けなかったから、食事しかコントロール出来るものがなく、逆にそのおかげでしっかり向き合えて🤔🍚
もちろん少しは筋肉も落ちちゃったとは思うけれど、どんどん余計な脂肪が落ちて身体が変わっていくのがわかりました😳✨
結果、体重も1月52.5kg→5月48.5kgと着実に1kgずつ減っていったよ(健康最優先、減量じゃなく健康の為にした食生活の結果です)🙌
ちなみに沖縄とそのあと何日間か食べすぎて🤣笑
今は49.5kgくらい!

今まで身体を作る時は必ず運動と食事両方でバランスをとってたから、意識は高まってたのに運動出来ないモヤモヤや不安があったんだけど食事だけでここまで変わるんだって今回実感❗️
体調は辛い時期だったけど、そのおかげでまた新しい経験や知識を得れてすごく勉強になりました✨🙏
身体作りに関してあまり発信してなかったけど、
自分だけじゃなく少しでも誰かの為になれば…と最近はTwitterやストーリーに載せてるので気になった方は良かったら見てね🙈💓
沖縄でパワーチャージもしたし、暖かくなってきてやっと体調良くなってきたから最近はウォーキング中心に先日はジョグも少し👟
トレーニングも徐々に再開しないと💪✨❗️
こんな事アスリートが言っていいのかと思われるかもだけど、トレーニング(特に筋トレ)実は全然好きじゃないむしろ超嫌いです笑

Ama öyle değil; motivasyonun da sizi ileri iteni de var, geri çekeni de. İçimizdeki negatif/pozitif motivasyon dengesi hızımızı belirliyor. Her ikisi de bizde var, “benim motivasyonum yok” yaklaşımı doğru değil, böyle düşünüyorsanız sizin negatif motivasyonunuz pozitife göre daha baskındır. 💁🏻‍♀️Çünkü motivasyon dediğimiz bu arkadaşımız güvenilir bir arkadaş değildir. Geliiiip geçebilir, rüzgar gibi esip ortalıktan kaybolabilir🍂Sizi yola çıkarırken, yolun ortasında çekip gidebilir. Yoldaki hızınızı arttırırken bir anda el freni çekebilir. Geçicidir aslında. Sorun belki de motivasyonsuz bu işin olmayacağını düşünmeniz. Doğru bildiklerimizin yanlış olması, bu yanlışlara da körü körüne inanıyor olmamız. Gerçeği bilsek sürece olan yaklaşımımızda doğru olabilir😌

40g farine de maïzena 
50g farine d’avoine 
30cl de lait végétal
