Попробую веганство. Насмотрелась разных фильмов на тему животных и их эксплуатации, попробую топить за него. 
Плюс села на диету. Не на какую-то определенную, просто ограничиваю еду после длительного кп. Ну а с веганством это проще, тк питаюсь фруктами/овощами.
С чего это опять началось? Да просто мои родные с тех пор как я вышла на нормальное питание, начали говорить, что я много ем, а отражение в зеркале, что набрала 100500 кг

Buen dia a todos! 
Les dejo esta idea de desayuno los fans de la #avena. Ojo que este cereal ahora se puso "de moda" en el mundo de la nutrición, pero no por tener menos calorías que el tipico café con leche y pan integral.

Dos cucharadas soperas de avena: 100 cal y 1 rebanada de pan integral: 75 aprox. Pero si es cierto que tiene mas contenido de #proteínas y un poco menos de hidratos, pero hasta ahi.
Les dejo este desayuno para los que quieran probarlo y cambiar un poco las tostadas de siempre.

Porridge de avena:
⭐️ 2 cucharadas de avena.
⭐️ 1500 ml de leche descremada.
⭐️ 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla.
⭐️ 12 gotitas de stevia.

Para decorar usé:
⭐️ 1/2 kiwi
⭐️ Pasas
⭐️ mucha canela y semillitas 🔜 En una olla hervir la leche con avena, esencia de vainilla y stevia. Cocinar a fuego lento por 5 minutos revolviendo a ratos hasta que quede espeso. Decorar a gusto.

You've got to get the job done. Procrastination is for the weak minded and the unfocused, you've been there before but that moment of weakness has passed. Now you've just got to roll your sleeves up and get dirty and get it done. Do what needs to be done, take action and move with power and grace.
