Tip: 🍋Havermout met Oosterse tintjes? Deze havermout is echt 1 van mijn favorietjes: fris en verwarmend tegelijk. Kook de havermout gaar in kokosmelk uit blik (een flinke scheut) en leng deze aan met water zodat de havermout net onder staat. Voeg 1 el citroensap toe en 1 el gemberpoeder. Ik voeg ook nog een schijfje citroen toe dan zijn smaak kan afgeven tijdens het koken. Kook tot de havermout een papje is. Ik top deze havermout met een citroenschijfje en citroengras chili pindakaas van de @depindakaaswinkel. Achter de schermen at ik ook nog 2 el gr yoghurt en wat blauwe besjes. Opgepast hoeveel je mag eten om af te vallen hangt af van persoon tot persoon. Prettige dag.

Porridge but a little bit different. I cooked the oats in canned coconut milk with water. I added 1 tbs ginger powder and 1 tbs lemon juice. Let it cook together with 1 part lemon until soft. Top it with chili lemongrass peanutbutter and enjoy.

But there are few places having a really good licorice ice-cream.

Why had I not thought to make Licorice ice-cream at home? Can anyone tell me, please?

I prepared it at home, in just 10 minutes.
This licorice ice-cream is rich, decadent and creamy with a luxurious black licorice flavor your mouth will fall in love with.
It was inspired by one of my favorite blogs, @unpinguinoincucina.
I have just modified a little bit the procedure, and used regular condensed milk. I have also added licorice liquor, for a more intense taste.
I love how this ice cream looks so frosty! Don’t you? Addictive. Trust me on this one.
Now, if you’re wrinkling up your nose in distaste of licorice, go with me on this. I don’t like black licorice either. But I LOVE black licorice ice cream, and I think you will too.

Happy Tuesday! Hope we are all smashing our goals one day at a time 😊 Today is my first day back from a long awaited road trip and get away from reality, treated myself quite a bit and there isn’t any guilt behind it. There’s no need to always be so harsh on yourself, you never wanna miss out on bits of life or feel restricted because you haven’t exercised a certain day or you’ve eaten a bit more than usual. There’s always tomorrow to get back on track, and I promise that it won’t set you back! Sometimes it can be hard to get back into routine, but it’s all in your mindset. Remind yourself why and it’ll all come back. I also pumped out a lower body and abs session this afternoon, it felt so good because I absolutely love what I do 🤙 Ain’t no point in exercising every day if it feels like a chore right? Learn to love it and you’ll find yourself doing more than what you thought you could! ❤️

BBQ shredded jackfruit salad today ❤️ Tag someone who would love this! 😁

Healthyrecipes details 👉🏻 Drain and rinse a can of jackfruit and pat it dry, cut it into small cubes, like an inch in size, then coat with 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp chili powder, 1/4 cup bbq sauce. Heat a pan over low heat, add 1 tsp olive oil to the pan, add the jackfruit, cover, and cook for 35 minutes at a simmer. For more bbq flavor, add more sauce about 1/2 through. Another 1/4 cup would be perfect. Add it to a bowl and take two forks to shred it after it’s done cooking and add another few tbsp of bbq sauce when done! Make sure it’s vegan if you’re looking to make it plant based 💯 Paired with avo, tomatoes, jalapeños, onions, and sautéed mushrooms .
