BUSY DOING NOTHING..

Sis, just let him go because he's playing games. If he wanted you he would have made plans as soon as you gave him the opportunity.

No need to be confused about it. No need to try to hold on to him because he's really not into you. Don't be the other girl that he has when his MAIN girl isn't available. Basically, there's another woman on his radar and you are the backup. Just FYI 🤷🏾‍♀️. I'm sorry to be so blunt, but I want you to RAISE YOUR BAR AND YOUR EXPECTATIONS. I want to help you see things for what they are and not what you want them to be. Don't be so desperate to find a mate that you overlook behavior like this. You are worth so much more! Yes, this might mean you'll be single for a while. But, take this time to get to know yourself. I'm not even going to tell you to prepare for a guy. I'm just saying, take some time and learn more about YOU. Just know that the wait is worth it. Period.

The source of a miracle will not be where you think it’s going to come from. It’s always unexpected.

Think about Abraham and Sarah. God promised Abraham that he would father a great nation, but as Abraham and Sarah grew older they began to doubt God's promise. They decided to take matters into their own hands and do what they thought was best instead of waiting and trusting God. Just to give you clarity on how messed up 'their way' was, Abraham ended up having sex with a woman who wasn't his wife and Sarah pushed for that to happen.

No where in the Bible does God say marry two women or sleep with another woman while you're married. God speaks against adultery and lust so this was contrary to God's plan.

How many times have WE decided to "help God" help us? How many times have we taken matters into our own hands? My honest opinion is that Abraham and Sarah might have had the child that God promised SOONER had they trusted the wait and the promise. But they took matters into their own hands and created disharmony in their household.

The best part is that God STILL gave them what they desired and what He planned for them.....but He had a miracle in mind. Abraham was going to sleep with HIS wife and enjoy the process of making a baby with HIS OWN wife and she would have the baby HERSELF....while in their old age. MIRACLE!
I read a quote that said, "The way you want to meet the need in your life is not the way God wants to meet the need in your life. Your way is second best. God’s way is always best." We aren't God so we don't know how He's going to provide the miracle. All we need to do is TRUST and HAVE FAITH that the miracle IS COMING! I challenge you to put your faith into action and watch God bless you beyond your imagination. Don't fear. Don't try to figure out "how". Just have FAITH. CAPTION BY @dearfuturehim .

A word for somebody!
.
When Jesus saw that they were ready to force him to be their king, he slipped away into the hills by himself.
John 6:15 NLT
.
.
They once doubted your skills. But after they've seen your accomplishments a couple of times they can now see the greatness over your life! So they want you to become their king. You know fully well, that this is not true. They don't want you because they know who you truly are, they only want you because of what you have done and can do.
.
Please don't get distracted by their false celebration of you! They are controlled by their feelings. Be alert!
.
Apply this to any area of your life. Let's say at work you've been meeting targets, they now deem you worthy of becoming the manager. They are almost forcing you into the position, it is tempting. But you know full well that it is not your calling. You know God wants to move you on to another company. Perhaps it's your relationship? They stopped loving you and suddenly they see the potential. Whatever it is please don't get sidetracked. Don't let momentary position and accolades lead you away from your ultimate calling.
.
The people wanted Jesus to be their King but God had greater plans, he is the King of Kings. Don't settle for less. Gently slip away.
.
When the people saw him do this miraculous sign, they exclaimed, “Surely, he is the Prophet we have been expecting!” When Jesus saw that they were ready to force him to be their king, he slipped away into the hills by himself.
John 6:14‭-‬15 NLT

It’s easy to identify smugness in unbelievers isn’t it? And we might have some patience for that, since after all, they don’t know God. But there are some sins, or struggles the smug believer thinks he or she would never be tried with. The things “good” and “real” Christians just don’t do, or even think of doing. Good Christians don’t get divorced. They don’t curse, or hit things, or hit others. They don’t hurt themselves or have “mental breakdowns.” Good Christians aren’t tempted to use alcohol or drugs to dampen the pain and difficulties of life. They don’t get bitter. They don’t experience large scale moral failures. The “true” Christian doesn’t question God’s purposes and never thinks- “perhaps a different path would have led to a happier, easier life.” That “real” Christian never has doubts about His God or His faith.
.
The smug believer thinks he doesn’t do those things because he simply couldn’t do those things. He is too good a Christian in fact. It would be impossible for him because he has climbed too high for such a heinous, ignorant, and disgraceful stoop. He knows too much truth and has too pure of motives. His reasons for coming to Jesus were right; he follows Christ for Christ alone, and nothing else that might be gained. Take the world but give him Jesus, and he will be just fine. He is sure.
.
The problem is not that he despises the thought of ever sinning or struggling in such ways, but rather that his trust is in himself, and his attitude towards failing believers is one of quick readiness to judge and deem them cut off.

So set a fire down in my soul
That I can't contain and I can't control
I want more of You, God
I want more of You, God

No place I would rather be
Than here in Your Love!

Have you ever felt like quitting?  Have there been moments in your life when it seemed that all the effort and energies you were investing in something made no difference?  Maybe you feel this way right now.  It’s as though your life, career, finances or marriage is stuck like a tire in mud.  No matter how hard you press the accelerator, you never get traction — you never make any significant progress.
-
Times like these are frustrating.  They drain our hope and weary our spirit and soul.  And if we’re not careful, they can drive us to the point of giving up. Jesus had something to say about one of the things that causes this kind of frustration, hopelessness and weariness of heart.  He addressed the issue of giving up on our prayers.
-
When situations in life seem stuck, and our prayers feel fruitless, we’re tempted to give up — we’re tempted to quit praying.  When this temptation comes our way, we need to be reminded of a teaching Jesus gave.  Knowing there’d be seasons like this for all of us, Jesus provided us with specific instructions about how to handle them:
-
“One day Jesus told His disciples a story to show them that they should always pray and never give up.” —  Luke 18:1 (NLT)
-
Without going into the particular story Jesus used, it’s helpful and important to focus on the lesson Jesus wanted to get across to us.  His point was for us to never give up the practice of prayer and to never give up hope for answers to our prayers.  Understanding that we would be tempted by what appeared to be lack of progress or answers in response to our prayers, Jesus said , “Keep on praying!”
-
Don’t quit praying!  The delay is not a denial.  God may want you to adjust your prayers, change some attitudes or address some issues in your life, or simply wait patiently for His timing, but one thing He doesn’t want you to do is to quit praying!
