Today marks 1 year since a day that has and will change my life forever. A massive bike accident that left me in a wheelchair, but also almost ended this incredible journey we call living. This tattoo is an invert of the x-ray of the fracture of my leg and will forever be a symbol of what I survived on 10 December 2018.

Ja, mich gibt es noch, allerdings hatte ich die letzten Monate keine Zeit,Lust und Kraft neue Beiträge zu posten.
Ich bin seit 2 Wochen in der Aufbauphase.
Das Training läuft sehr gut soweit, das Essen eher weniger.
Ich ernähre mich derzeit noch zu ungesund und will jetzt mehr darauf achten, dass ich mich gesund, aber kohlenhydratreich ernähre.
Mal schauen, was die nächsten Wochen passiert.

UPPER BODY💪🏼 Its so important that as ladies we dont neglect our upper body. Training upper body once or twice a week wont make you look 'bulky' or 'manly'. Its important we train these muscles to keep them active and strong, and hey who doesnt want toned arms?!🤷🏼‍♀️ No 'bingo wings' round here 🏋🏼‍♀️ Once again, a little abuse towards @fiitlab sorry hun 😂 .... My videos are quick easy and raw, I dont crop or cut any part of it. They are nothing fancy or glamorous. I like to just get my training done and give you guys an insight as to what I do and how I train myself 😊

Lorsqu’on se sent fatigué, peu de personnes ont le goût de faire de gros efforts physiques! Et pourtant, bouger pourrait bien souvent redonner de l’énergie plutôt que de nous fatiguer d’avantage !

Il y a deux types de fatigue :
LA FATIGUE GÉNÉRALE 🧠 (nerveuse), qui se caractérise par un manque d’énergie, et qui ne précède pas forcément un effort particulier.
Le stress, manque de sommeil, être malade, mauvaise alimentation ou mode de vie malsain.. -
LA FATIGUE MUSCULAIRE 💪 (physique), qui survient à la suite d’un effort physique.
Dans ce cas le sport ne sert à rien. La clé est de se reposer. En revanche, contre la fatigue générale le sport est utile ! 🔝

Le sport va avoir plein d’effets positifs sur votre énergie, moins de stress, meilleure humeur, il va favoriser un meilleur sommeil (qui va réduire également le stress) -
Si vous êtes fatigué(s) et que vous vous mettez au sport, avec le temps vous serez bien moins fatigué, SOYEZ PATIENT. Il se peut que la fatigue prenne environ 1 mois à disparaître.
Une fois que vous aurez pris goût, vous ne pourrez plus vous en passer 🙌. Le plus dur est de se lancer ! (3 entraînements d’une heure par semaine pour commencer suffisent !)
