Zum Frühstück 🍽 habe ich mir heute diese eiweißreichen Erdnuss-Bohnen-Brownies 🥜🍫 gebacken 😋
Ein Stück hatte nur 68 kcal, 7g Eiweiß, 4,8g KH und 1,6g Fett 📊
Rezept (5x Stk.): Man benötigt ca. 240g Kidneybohnen, einen kleinen Schluck Wasser, 10g Vollkornmehl, 25g Schoko-Proteinpulver, 35g Eiweiß von @pumperlgsund (Alternativ 1x Eiweiß), 1x Scoop Smacktastic salted peanut von @rockanutrition, Erythrit oder ein anderes Süßungsmittel nach Bedarf und 12g Erdnüsse. Zuerst die Kidneybohnen aus der Dose abschütten und gut abspülen! Dann einfach alle Zutaten außer die Erdnüsse zusammen pürieren, den Teig in eine Kastenform (mit Backpapier auskleiden) füllen, die Erdnüsse klein hacken und auf dem Teig verteilen. Der Teig muss dann für etwa 20-25 Minuten bei 170° backen👌

Morning all, decided to do something different for breakfast this week and go for baked oats, mainly because it's cheaper and I'm also looking for options which will be easier for me to keep long term. It's 100kcal more for just the same amount of protein but I'm happy with that!

Endlich wieder eine neue Vorkommastelle: 76,3 kg 👌🏼
Einerseits bin ich stolz auf mich, dass es weiter bergab geht ohne striktes Kalorienzählen. Andererseits zeigt es mir, dass mehr möglich wäre, wenn ich wieder zählen würde.
In dieser Woche nehme ich mir nicht mal vor zu zählen, denn am Donnerstag geht es nach #Parookaville und da werde ich nicht in der Lage sein Kalorien zu tracken 😂😎
Der nächste Wiegetag ist auch erst nächste Woche Dienstag, da wir Montag erst zurück fahren, und da zeigt sich dann ob ich die 76 kg halten konnte oder erneut erreichen muss. Allerdings zerbreche ich mir darüber nicht den Kopf und werde meinen „Urlaub“ in vollen Zügen genießen 🥳

It’s been a tough week for Peter. And now he’s facing a crisis at work. Because someone has been continuously downloading hardcore pornography on one of the work computers. The problem is, Peter viewed such material in a one off error of judgement 6 years previously during a desperate dry spell. ⁣

Peter is one of a group of 8 employees who lunch nervously before their fate is decided. He initiates crisis mode and picks up the phone to order a Domino’s to be delivered to his desk. ⁣

As he mumbles “meat lovers Italian crust”, a head turns in his direction. Max from accounts. A passive aggressive bully who revels in putting Peter down at any opportunity. He lifts his head and stares in Peter’s direction with a satanic grin that would make the grinch feel inadequate. ⁣

“I thought you were trying to lose weight Peter?... Feeling stressed are we? Guilty are we?... Max stands up and heads to the staff kitchen. He emerges with his eyes focused on Peter, clutching a small bag of chocolate raisins and what looks like a bottle of baby sick. “Of course you can’t be good like me all the time buddy... you enjoy your pizza whilst I continue to stoke my metabolic engine, remain junk food free and get shredded with protein gainz...” He then sits back, consumes the drink in 17 seconds before devouring the handful of chocolate raisins.⁣

The pizza arrives. Peter commences consumption to the soundtrack of Max’s revolting snigger. At least until he googles the caloric worth of the pizza compared to Max’s snack. He prints out his findings and places them on Max’s desk. The skin crawling snigger is replaced by a pathetic whimper which would rival a sad cheese sandwich exposed to a wolf.⁣

The boardroom door opens. Peter, mid mouthful turns violently to face his superior and his fate. “Max, we’d like to talk to you in private please”. Max frantically searches his drawer for a memory stick that is no longer there. Suddenly, one world comes crashing down as another becomes oh so bright again. 🍕 .

When you haven’t eaten all day and you’re feeling super hormonal, emotional and just generally like death, YOU NEED THREE THINGS:
1) Carbs.
2) Cheese.
3) Carbs.
The best part? It’s alllll on plan 🍝
• 5% fat mince, garlic, onions, peppers, cherry tomatoes, chopped tomatoes, Worcester sauce and fresh basil all thrown in to a pan (not at once, obvs). Topped with my Healthy A choice ONE.
• For the garlic bread, I lightly toasted some Schar gluten free rolls, spread a light layer of garlic purée on top and grated my Healthy A choice TWO on top. Sprinkled some fresh parsley over the rolls and grilled for them for 2 minutes. 🥖
Looks filthy, tasted filthy, ticked EVERY SINGLE BOX 🍝👌🏼

💪 a little bit of honesty- the path here wasn’t easy. There were gains on the scale, overly-intense ice cream cravings and loss stalls that lasted weeks. When I was only 6 lbs away from my goal weight, I stopped losing. For two whole months. I was so close but nothing was happening! Old me would have thrown my hands up, accepted failure and undid all my progress. But not this time .

New me knew that I was capable of achieving anything I put my mind to. I took those two months to be appreciative of how far I had gotten. To love my new body. To feel proud of myself and most importantly- to stay the course! We’ll all encounter challenges on this journey, our success lies in how we deal with them. Be kind to yourselves today friends 💕 and don’t forget - keep calm and keto on! ✌🏻
