Inside work! 💪🏽🤖

Make sure to keep a tight guard when working on the inside. 
1. Knees bent, that way you have a strong base. .

2. Hands and elbows nice and tight, protecting the head and body. 
3. Don’t lean forward, to avoid being open for upper cuts and body shots.

4. Keep the hips straight under you to take away the distance and leverage of any hooks to the body. .

5. Short punches from the inside to reach your target quicker. Taking the opportunity before it’s gone. .

6. Move those hips and shoulder. Using different methods of blocking, dodging and smothering punches.

At the start of this year I pulled my hamstring, limiting my lower body movements, with and without load. .
.
But last week, was the first time I dared to reach pass my toes! 😃. And what was even more rewarding.... I could add load to my hamstrings in a stretched position.
.
So are you ready for the Hack, that the title suggests? 😃 The secret to becoming more mobile or recovering from an injury is.....
.
Consistency! Consistency in doing the work that needs to be done. Full stop! .
.
Yes! It’s usually the boring, repetitive, mundane exercises. In my case, lots of eccentric, isometric then concentric loading of the hamstrings. .
.
But that’s what it takes. And even more reason to approach your training from different perspectives, be creative, and know you can always train around an injury or restriction. .

🔥Сила в борьбе.Техника подтягиваний🔥

Сила рук и спины - одно из главных качеств, необходимых для захвата и удержания соперника.
⠀
Дело в том, что практически все силовые напряжения в  борьбе связаны со сгибателями рук в локтевых суставах и силой широчайших мышц спины .
⠀
Двуглавая и широчайшая  мышцы берут на себя основную функцию при захвате туловища соперника в стойке, при переворотах накатом в партере и во многих других положениях.
⠀
Поэтому необходимо акцентированное развитие этих мышц.
⠀
Для решения этой задачи я использую непростое😉упражнение - подтягивание .
⠀
Упражнение в подтягивании туловища на перекладине универсальное для борьбы,
так как оно позволяет
⠀
✔️усилить захват при блокировках рук и головы,
⠀
✔️при захватах за туловище соперника,
⠀
✔️увеличивает успех в бросках прогибом, вращением в стойке и при переворотах в партере, включая переворот накатом.#Мишаромул

🤯😖😰OUCHHHHH!!!!THE FLOOR IS LAVA ( et mon haut du dos aussi ) 🌋🌋🌋🌋🌋

A force de m'accrocher partout dès que je peux et sûrement ne pas assez m'étirer et m'hydrater avec cette chaleur de malade...👉REPOS FORCÉ! 
Des épaules bien sollicitées et Mr Rhomboide Droit à voulu prendre le relais (merci) sauf qu'au final tout le monde s'est fatigué! 🤫Du coup rien pendant près de 72h ...quoi, rien??? Meme pas de yoga genre Hatha ou Ashtanga? Mais qu'est-ce ce que je vais faire @yogabiloba ??

😩3 jours de récup c'est diablement long quand tu as repris à minima 6 séances (cardio, course, wod, haltérophilie, gymnastique, yoga, renforcement confondus ) dans la semaine...
.
Bon chance moi... en espérant pouvoir venir souffrir à la prochaine session de gym de @fav_rob cumulé à du yoga chez @ananasetasanas pour bien dormir.

-Don’t go too hard too soon. Know your capacity and don’t do something you know you can’t.
-Don’t ignore body aches – if you feel an exercise somewhere other than the intended muscle group, back off to avoid injury.
-Include rest days in your training schedule for your body to adapt, recover and reap the rewards of HIIT.
-Include strength exercises in your HIIT sessions, which help protect your joints with lean muscle.
-Always warm up, cool down and stretch.
-Listen to your body and take a break if you’re feeling fatigued.
-Make sure you balance out your HIIT training with flexibility training for reduced soreness, an increased range of motion in your movements and improved posture.
