Просто одна из моих тренировок на ягодичные. 
Я часто меняю упражнения, так как их ооочень много .

. 🍑1. Приседания в Смите до середины. Весь акцент на ягодичные.
.
.
. 🍑2. Ягодичный мост в современной интерпретации в тренажере для бицепса бедра. .
.
.
. 🍑3. Становая или что это было 😂 Сумо. Я делаю так, что попа печёёёт.

.
Помимо этого конечно ещё около 5-и упражнений, всё не записывала.. 🤔 . На видео специально сняла как пользуюсь тренажерами, потому что многие боятся и не знают как же в них залезть 😂 я тоже такая была, хотела бы видеть больше видео не с готовыми тренировками, а процессом «залазания» в тренажёр и его настройки под себя. 🙈

Техника у каждого своя. Моя попа чувствует всё. .

I do 4 sets of each, increasing the weight with every set. I always keep the weights very challenging most of the time, but you can play around with weights and rep ranges. -
Mind muscle connection and slow, controlled reps are very important. Also don’t up the weights, if you don’t perform the movement correctly. Learn the movement first, then up the weights.

Learning to let it go ✨

This week I allowed myself to feel some real emotions and on Monday spent all day super mad. Not at anyone or anything, was just mad.
.
Tuesday, I felt free. I had allowed myself to feel whatever I needed to on Monday without pressuring myself into being a certain way.
.
The last couple of weeks I have let go, taken steps and am moving forward from emotions, situations and people that don’t serve my current self. In the same respect, I allowed myself to heal some old wounds too and get closure.
.
Guess what, I feel amazing! The release of expectations of my emotions or actions and others is allowing my body to heal.
.
So, here I am today. Feeling light, lean and a hell of a lot less bloated. Life is progressing, I’m making decision that will protect my energy and make me happy, and I couldn’t be more excited for the future!

Learning to let it go ✨

This week I allowed myself to feel some real emotions and on Monday spent all day super mad. Not at anyone or anything, was just mad.
.
Tuesday, I felt free. I had allowed myself to feel whatever I needed to on Monday without pressuring myself into being a certain way.
.
The last couple of weeks I have let go, taken steps and am moving forward from emotions, situations and people that don’t serve my current self. In the same respect, I allowed myself to heal some old wounds too and get closure.
.
Guess what, I feel amazing! The release of expectations of my emotions or actions and others is allowing my body to heal.
.
So, here I am today. Feeling light, lean and a hell of a lot less bloated. Life is progressing, I’m making decision that will protect my energy and make me happy, and I couldn’t be more excited for the future!

Standing leg will be the one “working”, and the outside of the hip should be on 🔥. •
This can be done after leg day as a burn out, circuits, Superset, or for rehabbing the hip from injury or surgery, also good for knee rehab as well........ a lot of my training is focused on more concentrated movements that are effective and efficient. You could even progress this with a foot slider, increase counter balance weight, add a hop to the “working leg every time u come back in...... The options are limitless.

hello everyone! i know i haven’t been very active on this account but it has been a very crazy past couple of weeks! if you don’t know, i’ll fill you in. I moved (all by myself) which was very stressful. Then I turned 21! It’s been a week now and I’m not gonna lie when I say I have been drinking mostly every day since my birthday. I have been home and have off from work for about 2 weeks so i’m trying to enjoy the rest of the summer all while prepping to go back to school, figuring out stupid grown up stuff like finances, school loans, classes, and just all of that annoying stuff that stresses us all out. .

As for weight gain, I have gained 10 pounds since June to be exact which is a lot to gain in 2 months. Like I said, i do mostly believe it was the food combining and my birth control. the funny thing is i’m actually handling it pretty well. I haven’t really struggled that much with any body dysmorphia lately and I’m looking at the positives, bigger boobs and a bigger butt!!!! hahahahah. I’m very proud of how i’ve handled it actually. i would obviously like to lose those extra lbs i put on, therefore i am ACTUALLY counting macros again! I haven’t counted macros in about 8 months and I feel like it really helps me get back on track on the grind. my workouts have been really slacking lately but I know that once i get back to school again i’ll get back to my normal routine. .

ALSO MY BOOTY WORKOUT IS GOING UP THIS WEEKEND SO WHOS EXCITED?!?! It is seriously my most requested video and I’m excited to finally give it to you all!!! .

I love when people are surprised to hear I’m a really shy introvert.

I hang back a lot. I observe. I watch. I think. I’m not exactly a wall flower (I usually put myself in the center of the room), but I rarely speak unless spoken to. I didn’t grow up in a loud family, and between my puppies and @kbeau22 , I rarely get a word in 😏😘 (I love you, bee).

Why I’m telling YOU this is because social media is an outlet for me. Being able to filter my thoughts so they come out exactly how I want them to is my way of practicing extroversion. Talking to strangers in person is TERRIFYING for me, so why not practice with 67.1k strangers? 😂

Thank you guys for being to open, accepting, and receptive to everything I do/say. You guys have made me significantly less scared of people 😁

What a beautiful, sunny and relaxed rest day today. ☀️ Vandaag genoot ik van een welverdiende rustdag. Het eerste deel van deze week heb ik behoorlijk hard getraind dus met een korte wedstrijd zondag in het vooruitzicht kreeg het lichaam vandaag even rust. 💪🏼 Ik maakte thuis mijn werk nog zo veel mogelijk af voor de vakantie en ging lekker borrelen in het park. 
Morgen nog even losfietsen en dan ben ik hopelijk uitgerust voor de wedstrijd van zondag. Het is geen piekmoment, vandaar dat ik deze week nog wel flink heb getraind. Je kan niet ieder weekend op je best zijn. Over 2 weken staat er wel een klein piekmomentje gepland, bij de halve triathlon in Knokke. 🇧🇪 Nog maar ruim 3 maanden tot mijne echte echte piekmoment! 😱🇳🇿 Heb jij nog doelen voor de komende periode? Misschien sportief, op carrière gebied of op persoonlijk gebied?
