#happyfriyay Did you stretch this week???? The importance of stretching is critical especially before and after your workouts. I didn’t think nothing of it until I started locking up in places still trying to be my young athletic self 💪🏾or drop it 🥴😜. <excuse my rolls> Before your workout it increases your flexibility, your range of motion, posture and performance , blood flow and can prevent injury. After or before bed can decrease and release muscle soreness and tension and prevent cramping, and also helps with better sleep. I’m stretching EVERYDAY. I need it physically and mentally. FIRST DAY BACK and it’s with some BACK 😏! First of all I just wanted to say that this was my first day back at the gym after one month off due to me being unwell! I hadn’t been to the gym once in those 4 weeks off. However, in the last week, I did around 3 home workouts which lasted about 40mins each to ease myself back into training. 
This was the back workout I completed yesterday in the gym and believe me when I say that today I am feeling it (in a good way).... Jeeeez! 
Secondly I just wanted to say that I never want you guys to feel guilty for missing one day of training or even maybe a week or a month because your body is tired or you are ill! It is just as important to let your body rest and recover as it is to exercise. Allowing your body to rest and recover not only enables growth, but allows your body to repair, heal and strengthen itself. 
It is so IMPORTANT to LISTEN to your body and go on how you feel within yourself! Only you yourself know your body well enough.

Make sure you like and save❤️ for later guys as I know you will love it! It also lets me know that you enjoy and want more workout vids!

Tag your workout partner and try these exercises together for that extra added motivation.....let's go get 👊🏽💪🏽
Tri-set:
•Lat pulldowns
•Narrow grip on v bar chin ups - perform until failure •Seated cable rows *Exercises I performed but didn’t record were T bar rows 8reps x 4sets & Incline bench DB rear lateral raise 10reps x 4sets.

Perform all exercises as a tri-set for 10 reps x 4 sets. Try adding these exercises to your next Back session 🔥. P.S. ILY guys 💕
