When I have low levels of body fat it is sooo much easier for me to feel the squeeze on every single exercise as I can actually see the muscle working and contracting.

Cannot wait to get this lean and even leaner again to blow the judges and myself away - as many people put restrictions on what people can do veciase of their age, but I say fuck that I may only be 18 but I'm Gunna be challenging the top guys on stage this time!!

Si vous avez vu la story vous comprenez de quoi je parle. 
Aujourd'hui on à monté les poids au squat grâce à mon coach et à la motivation insufflé par le poto @benoitlacoue.

Moi qui stagnait à 100 kg (oui je sais c'est faible) je suis passé aujourd'hui à 140kg sur cinq séries de cinq répétitions. 
On a continué sur l'hack squat à 340kg en série de cinq la ou le coach à tout pété à 440 !!!!! Sur cette vidéo je sais qu'il n'y a pas les 340 mais on est monté par la suite. 
Et merci coach pour les commentaires en live 😂😂 J'espère que votre séance à été au top et qu'il ne reste qu'un tout petit peu de force juste pour faire à manger et prendre une douche 😉 .

I'm not saying EVERYONE does this...because they dont their are currently a huge influx of amazing people preaching self love, self confidence and trying to build up body image whilst trying to cut the crap that we have had to put up with for such a long time due to all these "INSPOS" creating such unrealistic images which is amazing and hugely refreshing but unfortunately their is still a huge chunk of people who love a good edit...⁣⁣

When scrolling through your feed of perfectly edited squares ALWAYS remember NOBODY looks the way they do on instagram 24/7. We carefully pick out photos which show us at our most flattering angles which we carefully choose from probably around 100 photos if not more 😂⁣⁣

Now this being said Instagram is an AMAZING platform, a great place to find inspiration, motivation, and I've even met some of the most incredible people some of which are now some of my closest friends through here..but reality is most of what you see it NOT real...Reality is not what's on your phone screen, reality is not an App that can so easily be deleted, happiness is not having that hour glass figure that's currently trending, having a 6 pack or having the biggest PEACH...⁣

Worked legs and shoulders might be an odd combo but I find legs and shoulder workouts tend to go the fastest so I put them together. Got 18 hour fast in and seems like things are going to be okay. AND A GIVING FACT - Most people understand that you need to exercise to bring back the CLOCK HANDS.
BUT THE QUESTION IS, CAN MEN AND WOMEN train in the same way ??
SURE, of course they CAN !! Men must use more weight, but the fear of women to "become BIG and MUSCULOUS" is only a MYTH.
