Working out any muscle requires the mind and body to be one. When I exercise my back I sometime close my eyes and think about how the back functions, and contract the muscle not only by pulling the weight but by thinking about squeezing the muscle. This makes shocking the muscle possible because once I can connect the muscle to my mind I can control how much pain I can put to it to make it grow. This is bodybuilding this is what makes this an amazing sport. .

MONDAY UPDATE

Da una settimana è iniziato il mio nuovo mesociclo, che prevede due allenamenti pesanti alternati da due voluminosi.
16-17 serie i pesanti con range 4-8rep
21-23 serie i voluminosi con 12-20rep.
Kcal stabili a 2100-2200, normocalorica che subirà variazioni in una leggera iper.
.
Progressione lineare, soprattutto con il volume e se si supera """agevolmente""" (mai) il rep range allora si aumenta il peso.
Sono 3anni e passa che mi alleno e il mio allenamento è sempre stato muscolocentrico, in questo mesociclo ho deciso di testare un po di cazzimma e cheat, nei limiti del buon senso.
Obbiettivo braccia, presenti in tutti gli allenamenti, magari migliorano.. il posing invece continua a fare ca*are :D

Riparte una nuova settimana di allenamenti, oggi il mio programma prevede quads 🏋🏻‍♂️ e petto 💪🏼 e il vostro?

A proposito di allenamento, dieta e sane abitudini, oggi volevo fare una piccola riflessione 💭

Le cose che più spesso sento dire in questo periodo sono "da gennaio dieta e palestra", "nelle feste no, è inutile", "in questo periodo solo un'insalata altrimenti ingrasso".

Personalmente penso:
1️⃣ Perché aspettare gennaio quando puoi iniziare oggi?
2️⃣ L'unica cosa inutile è la procastinazione ⏲️
3️⃣ Non si ingrassa da dicembre a gennaio ma piuttosto da gennaio a dicembre 📆➡️🐖

💪🏻Unfortunately, people lose muscle during the weight loss process all the time, as muscle is another backup fuel source your body can burn for energy like it does with body fat.

🍗In order to prevent the loss of muscle mass, here is 4 steps to take to ensure that you maintain the lean muscle tissue.

🏋🏼‍♂️Lift heavy enough to maintain or increase your strength. You must lift heavy to build muscle, and you continue to lift heavy if you want to actually maintain that muscle

🥩Eat your protein!!! Anywhere between 0.8-1.3g of protein per pound of your current body weight is an adequate amount!

🏃‍♀️Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT overdo cardio! Cardio isn't a bad thing, and it can be a useful fat loss tool. However, when done to an excessive amount, which people normally do, can increase the chance of your muscle loss.

🥩Eat your protein!!! Anywhere between 0.8-1.3g of protein per pound of your current body weight is an adequate amount!

🏃‍♀️Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT overdo cardio! Cardio isn't a bad thing, and it can be a useful fat loss tool. However, when done to an excessive amount, which people normally do, can increase the chance of your muscle loss.
