In 2020 Miss Bulgaria took the stage for another Nutcracker performance! He blew kisses, waved at the fans, and smiled from ear to ear. As I get older and closer to retiring my “stage career” I can honestly say that for the first time EVER in my life I was consciously present. I walked up to the theater and said to God: “Thank you.” I was here. Not immersed in nerves, or obsessing over movements I have yet to execute. I allowed myself to simply breathe in the joy of the being. And when the curtain was about to close - I saw my family standing there, waving at me, and I simply just had to pour all my love out to them because they’ve given me so much. This. Is. It. Every second is where we need to be. Every second needs to be worshiped with gratitude 🙏

Horses can sometimes be a little drastic when we're coming with an ESSE Class. They know that the class has an energy that can change something for them. They might choose something to show you without any doubt that there's stuff going on.⁣

We had a horse that really acted up where everyone  said, "I've never seen this horse act this way ever." ⁣
They first made us all wrong.⁣
⁣
What came up was that in the stable there were a few people that were mistreating the horses. All of this unravelled and was revealed because of this horse actually giving us that. He was very expressive and scared us all. As we asked questions and more questions it finally came to that. Once we cleared that the horse was done and a week later those people were fired.⁣

My most favorite thing about taking pictures, is capturing the essence of a moment - capturing a feeling or a connection between two people. I think a really great photograph should evoke some emotion. Standing in front of nature, I am almost always in awe, so I wonder why it’s so difficult to capture that same emotion in a nature photograph? I run into a common disappointment of the image never quite representing the scenery as I experienced it in person. Maybe nature is not for me to capture after all...maybe the point is for me to put the camera away and be fully present in the scenery.
