Non siamo più abituati ad aspettare, diventiamo impazienti molto presto. L’impazienza è una reazione, la pazienza è una risposta.
La capacità di aspettare è un’arma molto potente e un ingrediente base per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
➡️Nell’infografica ho spiegato chiaramente quanto alla base di un percorso di dimagrimento,la costanza può fare la differenza.
Un percorso di dimagrimento è un percorso di cura e di amore verso te stesso e se non è sostenibile è destinato a fallire.
Tagli drastici e diete restrittive non funzionano, equilibrio pazienza e costanza sono invece la chiave per il successo.
L’infografica è chiara e concisa, la pazienza e la costanza sono una guida fondamentale per ottenere risultati,ogni passo richiede tempo, ma va bene così, sono progressi, ed ognuno è migliore di quello precedente!
➡️Non iniziare facendo tagli drastici,perché se fai una lista delle cose che non dovrai fare renderai le cose più difficili e finirai per mollare.
Ma smettila di sperare che qualcosa accada, se non fai niente,nulla cambia!
Quindi AGISCI, Invece di fare le cose per automatismi, AGGIUNGI ogni giorno una nuova ABITUDINE.
✅Ricordati sempre un po’ poco ,batte un po’ troppo poco”!

➡️Ricorda inoltre che sei umano e non sei un ROBOT, un cambiamento troppo drastico ,ti porterebbe alla prima occasione a mollare! Quanto può durare? Una settimana ? Un mese? È solo questione di tempo!
👉Concentrati sulle basi di cui parlo sempre,equilibrio,alimentazione bilanciata, e aggiungi in maniera coerente e costante ogni giorno una nuova abitudine,un giorno ringrazierai te stesso per non aver mollato e per essere stato paziente e costante!
Solo tu puoi cambiare la tua vita, chi stai aspettando?!

This may not seem like much, but this is the moment I really felt in my body that progress is real! I could not balance like this 2 weeks ago, my proprioception is improving so much upside down and it feels amazing! Tip for learning handstand : 1. Warm up and work the basics. Increase your core strength, your shoulder strength and mobility as well as hamstring flexibility. 2. Remember that the majority of the balancing occurs in the hands - in those back and forth micro movements. 3. Practice practice practice. I can't stress this enough ! I'm excited to see how this will progress over the next months and years 🙏

A healthy lifestyle doesn’t mean salads every day and working out 7 days a week. 
It means balance. .

Knowing that generally, you eat healthy balanced meals and you are physically active. 
But also knowing that our bodies can rest, and we can enjoy ‘treats’ with friends without guilt. (And as I type that, I’m already looking for another word for ‘treats’) .

It also means recognising that health isn’t just based on diet and exercise. It’s about sleep, it’s about self-care, it’s about mental health, it’s about enjoying life.

Stay on track.

There's no shame in admitting that despite our good intentions, we all derail from time to time. We face many temptations to deviate from our path.
We are beautifully fallable creatures, but we have an amazing ability to bounce back.

Creating accountability is one way of sticking to our desired healthy habits. Accountability to ourselves is most important, but we can also in the initial stages, look to accountablity from external sources.

A habit tracker will help you to see not only that you are sticking to your values but also make it glaringly obvious when you slack off. 
Common tracking tools in my work with clients are their workout logs and food diaries, which make them not only accountable for their actions but also accountable to me. They can see what they are doing (or not) and also know that I can see it too.
Often the later is a greater motivator, because like it or not, no matter how self assured we like to think we are, we do to some extent care what others think of us.
On this point it's important to emphasise that you should only be concerned by the opinion of those whom you would willing ask for advice. (This is a whole other post that I'll definitely get to). You can track your own habits with similar sheets or get a coach like me to work with you. 
You may have a friend who wants to develop the same habit as you in regard to exercise, eating, reading, writing, dancing, whatever... in which case you can become accountability partners and help each other to stay on track. 
And remember, even if you derail, which being human, you undoubtedly will, it's the getting back on track that counts.... the sooner the better.

GUIDANCE: Though we have a sense of who we are, an identity that allows us this sense of constancy; the reality is nothing about us is constant. Change is so much a part of our reality that we tend only to truly recognize it during periods of greater change in our lives when we feel an usual sense of dis-ease. We may find that the person we identified ourself as previously no longer makes sense to even ourselves and we know we are in a state of becoming and yet find it challenging to say precisely yet who we now see ourselves as. This is the dance of inner transformation. The caterpillar 🐛 will become the butterfly 🦋 but within the chrysalis of change it is neither the caterpillar nor the butterfly. Trust in the process, dance with your inner change, and you will soon see whom you have been becoming 🦋

Guten Morgen ihr Lieben! Ich meld mich aus dem Urlaub zurück! Die letzten 2 Wochen hab ich so richtig mit meiner Familie genossen und entspannt! Und nun freu ich mich aber auch wieder so richtig auf meine Arbeit, meine Klienten und alles Neue was nun die nächsten Monate kommt! 
Ich habe es genossen, mal zwei Wochen lang keine „To-Do-Liste“ zu haben 🙌 und gestern hab ich mich dann hingesetzt und ganz genau meine nächsten Tage, Wochen und Monate geplant und in den Kalender eingetragen. Denn im „Arbeitsmodus“ ist es umso wichtiger für mich, dass alles klar geplant ist. Gerade als Selbstständige gibt es keine Vorgaben - da bin ich absolut selber verantwortlich für meine Ergebnisse. Und als Mama ist es auch wichtig, dass noch genügend Zeit für die Familie ist. Und Zeit für mich, damit ich genug Energie hab. 
Das ist oft ein ganz wichtiger Punkt auch bei meinen Klienten: 🌟 Trainingszeit und Zeit für sich  selber (ME-TIME) in den Kalender einzutragen!!! Wenn diese Dinge nicht im Kalender  fest eingetragen sind, sind es doch immer die ersten Dinge, die wir verschieben oder sogar vergessen. think about the spaces in which you are collaborating with other people or within community. consider the space you're taking up and by that, I mean be aware of your privilege, specifically if you hold more power through different forms of ability and mobility, colonial knowledge, or programmed ego. take a minute to shut up and step back if you've been taking up more space than others or feel inclined to tell people they're wrong before you've actually listened. lean in and LISTEN. additionally, if you are someone who comes from the sort of programming that gives you imposter syndrome or makes you feel unworthy, step up. what does it look like to own your space, your values, and your intentions? you are worthy of being in community and in participating in collaborative work. you are worthy of being heard. you have important ideas and gifts to share.

so, this is where temperance comes in. temperance is balance. temperance is #recalibration. step back if you're doing the most and demanding the most. step forward if you keep pushing your needs a side. make room for everyone to participate in team dynamics. listen deeply. people with privilege do not get to dominate all spaces. you have to step back. you have to listen to the people who continue to be marginalized and ignored, whether it's because of their assigned identities (gender/race), neurodivergence, politics, or religious beliefs. people who have been part of those marginalized populations - take up space. you are important. you need to be heard. your perspectives matter.

You can BET self-care Sunday is going to include a fresh batch of sourdough French Toast 🙌🏻🤤 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Make yo'self some ⬇️
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt & cinnamon
- 4-8 slices of sourdough bread ( I used 4 pieces of THICK bread)
- 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil (optional)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Heat your skillet over medium low heat with the optional coconut oil. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, salt & cinnamon. Dip the bread into the wet mixture (making sure to soak them a little). Cook the sourdough on each side until brown and crisp! I topped mine with @miyokoscreamery butter, banana and maple syrup 😋 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I hope you all are enjoying your weekend! Cody took me to get my nails did yesterday so you could say I'm feeling pretty dang pampered. Getting your nails & hair done, your brows microbladed, a spray tan or facial are all great options for self-care but doing them at the expense of pinching your wallet kind of defeats the purpose. There are so many things you can do to pamper yourself for free. 👏🏻 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here are some of my favorite forms:
Read a book (drop your recommendations below) 📚
Go on a walk 🏃🏼‍♀️
Call a friend 📱
Hug your spouse, mom, dog, goldfish (mmk, probs not that last one) 🤗
Journal about all the abundance in your life 📔

[GUIA PARA ADORNOS] para finalizar los Tips de la semana sobre adornos, les preparé esta pequeña guía para que tengan una idea más visual de lo distinto que se ve el styling siguiendo un par de puntos basicos.💚 Recuerda que esto es un ejemplo, tu aplícalo con los adornos que prefieras 😊
1. En la mesa de centro, recuerda mantener alturas medias y crear niveles con libros o cofres.
2. En las consolas y aparadores, procura no distribuir los adornos en todo lo largo, sino hacer un balance de extremo a extremo. También es importante jugar con las alturas, a un lado elemento alto y al otro elementos más bajos.
