Let's talk about Horseraddish. And apparently what not to do. So the home cook isn't likely to have 4 lbs to process. But every once in a while some Ding-Dong or Silly Goose will get a crazy notion to do so. I think I was able to grate four roots of the ten that I had before putting it in the Vita Mix. There is commentary from my wife. I added some vinegar salt and a little sugar. And root one isn't so bad, root two gets a little worse, Three out right sucks, then in on four when you gasped for air, you suddenly realise that you might be a moron. Your wife and your dog are in the next room crying, not tears of joy or emotion from watching This is Us, but that horseraddish burns the more it is agitated. And you are determined to hand grate all ten roots by hand. It's an experience that I hope to remember because if I don't. Maxi will.

PART 7 "So, no goodbye?" She laughed, I was walking away and I just halted midway as I started making my way back to the primary source of that laugh. I couldn't take it anymore. Not tonight.
She continued to give me this huge triumphant grin as I made my way back to her and I just couldn't help myself as I was retreating to my previously occupied bar stool.
I drew the bar stool and sat down again, this time facing her and her alone, not giving a damn about the confused bartender who'd probably thought he had a shot at indulging in small talk with her when I left. "Not tonight, you don't.", I thought to myself as I asked her to stop grinning so much. She didn't care for my humble request as I continued to lose myself in her even more if that was possible. "I don't understand why you've got this hold over me.", I said as I pull her hair back slightly while placing my palm on her face. She continued to grin even more. Christ, she smelled like heaven if that was even possible. She grinned a bit more and replied,"Back at ya." That's when I couldn't hold myself back anymore and I just drew myself closer and closer to her face upto the point where our foreheads touched. "This is probably a bad idea.", she whispered as we continued to inch closer and closer towards each other.
It was dangling by the finest of threads but it wasn't for too long as I leaned in and kissed her. It was as if the world around me dissolved as I kissed those soft lips and teased her. My senses were reduced, sorry seduced to absolute nothingness by her as we went from tease to fire and passion as she ran her fingers through my hair. I guess that suite at the Maddison was looking aces at this moment.

The goal was to keep true to the original.
A new experience was to repair a broken slide switch. A common mistake could be to use electronic cleaner in these switches. A warning is here in place! The electronic cleaner might dissolve the glue that holds the top surface of the switch's knob. Underneath is a compressed spring and a small metal ball that could be forever lost.
