When I was working in London I spent the best part of a year training under @leonegaobjj  and @dicconlynesbjj at Kingston lifestyle team. I learned so much and they changed my philosophy on my game in that short period. Aside from that j got to train with guys with Zakki (gold) and Sum (silver). They pushed me to my absolute limits and I still speak to Zakki most days. Jiu-Jitsu really is a universal language. Zakkis a father, with a full time job who seems to compete most weeks, he's an inspiration to me and a real credit to Leo and Diccon. Oss

Same goes with your workouts. If you are avoiding carbs because you think they’re “bad” or will “make you fat”, you are limiting your performance potential.

PROTEIN🍗- is the building block for muscle recovery. In order to effectively build a substantial amount of muscle, you need to be consuming enough protein. Aim for 1-gram of protein per 1-pound of body weight. 
There is not necessarily a “best time” for protein consumption, but rather, you should be consuming it throughout the day in order to hit your daily protein goal.

FATS🥑- fats get a bad rep because of their name, but healthy fats are crucial to a healthy diet and healthy body. Umur baru...
rasanya waktu cepet banget berjalan, makanya aku gapernah mau nyia2in waktu

sebelum 20 tahun, aku punya resolusi untuk LEBIH SEHAT & SIXPACK 😂. Foto ini aku baru memulai hidup sehat, 3 bulan. Inget banget 3 bulan awal bener2 super eat clean & workoutnya rutin banget. Dan ternyata habit itu terbentuk smp skr .

2019 
udah punya anak, udah melalui proses hamil & melahirkan. udah ngerasain berbagai macam diet2an 😂 tapi akhirnya nemu yg terbaik! Semoga bisa terus & akan terus mau hidup sehat, olahraga rajin, dan yg terbaik! Amin

diumur baru, semoga Teman Salsalivefit kita semua bisa sama2 makin sehat, makin bahagia. Aminnnnn. Jangan sampe nyesel dikemudian hari, karena kita ga menjaga tubuh sendiri
