I drew a muscle lady yesterday, and I’d like to show ya’ll what I made.
I like playing around in Heroes Forge, and sometimes I can make characters out of the modals I make.
This monk lady is one of them.
I made her a Half Elf/Giant, which made it so much fun to balance out the aesthetic of both races. I love her so much, I did a good job with her!

Appreciation post.. about myself😅. As I sit here putting my face on ft. Alfie while Sienna is napping, I realise how effing proud of myself I am! I’ve come a long way in the last 7 months. Raising my daughter, running a business, getting fit & healthy and being the best wife, human and version of myself I can be! I am so happy in the space I’m in both mentally and physically, and I think it’s so important we stop sometimes and truly appreciate the people we are and the things we’re doing!! HAPPY SUNDAY BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE! ❤️

Showing my volume work after my heavy singles now. 🤘 Even managed a PR and got 335 for 10 which has been a goal of mine forever!! 😁 here's how my whole workout went through with my bro @thabigdog32 because it was just flat out ridiculous.... did 2 sets of 10 135, set of 5 185, set of 5 225, set of 1 275, set of 1 315, set of 1 345, set of 1 375, set of 1 405, failed single with 415, redemption single with 405, set of 10 335 PR,  set of 11 315, set of 10 315, and a set of 21 225. 🤘 I legit don't know how I didn't puke after all this.... 😥 Had to call it quits after this too because of it and did no accessory work. 😧 Might be a PR on roughest squat workout yet for me though! 🙏

Managed a single with 405 which was fairly easy, then failed 415 (mental mistake), then redeemed myself with another single with 405 right after. Honestly my last set with 405 I really dug deep for! Smh for not doing that with 415 because I felt I legit had it.... would've been a PR for bodyweight too! 😢 lol 😅

Unfortunately today we are saddled with stress, sleep debt, and a food supply that often seems intent on working against us.

🍃 Perhaps the most effective way to lose weight is to *not* go on a diet but to shift your lifestyle toward healthier habits. Yes, cutting out starchy carbs and processed foods which drive your hunger is a great primary strategy. But lifestyle also plays a major role in how our hormones regulate our weight.

🥐🍞🥖 While any calorie deficit will lead to weight loss, lowering carbs keeps your hunger more stable by allowing your blood sugar to stay consistent. And, it allows you to enjoy higher levels of growth hormone which helps to preserve your muscle.

🥚🍗🍖 Increasing your protein not only induces greater satiety than fat and carbs but it stimulates muscle protein synthesis and also provides a greater thermic effect which causes your metabolism to ramp up (this may provide low carb, higher protein diets with a slight “metabolic advantage” over lower protein moderate carb diets, but this is controversial).

🥑🥥 And finally adding healthy fats to your diet is great for satiety and filling out your calories, but the calories in fat can still add up leading to a hypercaloric (more calories than you are burning though) state!
