I don't get to the gym as much as I used to. I tend to run as I can run four miles in the time it takes to just get to my gym. 🌟 leg raises // 15 reps 🌟 ab roll out // 10 reps .

This will make 2 x mini cheese cakes 👌⁣

✨3 digestive⁣
✨50g quark⁣
✨50g extra light cream cheese⁣
✨150g raspberries ⁣
✨10g flaxseed ⁣
✨Zero cal syrup⁣
✨Strawberry zero cal drops ⁣

🍰Break down 3 digestive biscuits and divide into 2 ramekins. ⁣

🍰Mix in some zero calorie syrup then push down in the ramekin to make the base and bake for 5-10mins.⁣

🍰I’m a separate bowl mix together 50g quark and 50g cream cheese  with strawberry zero cal drops. Once the biscuits are cool add to the Ramekins. ⁣

🍰Heat 150g raspberries with 10g flaxseed until it’s a nice sauce consistency. ⁣

🍰Once cooled top the cheesecakes with the berrie sauce... ⁣

I’m so proud of this moment! When I started getting a belly while being pregnant with P, this was the first exercise to go... and I was okay with it. Coming back PP this was also the last core exercise I needed to master again. Took some patience and time but here we are! I may not be able to kill 20 at a time like I used to but we are on the right track! Apart from the obvious benefits of muscle toning, increasing flexibility by stretching the whole body and improving cardiovascular health, yoga is also great for anxiety release and practicing meditation. 
It’s probably the only thing that really makes a difference in improving my mental wellbeing and practicing mindfulness. 
It’s not easy to meditate with a small child running around the house 😁

☝️Uno de los principales problemas en la alimentación suele ser la falta de ingesta de líquidos, para ello, podemos fijarnos en el color de la orina 💦

🤓 Dependiendo del tono de la misma sabremos si estamos más o menos hidratados, os he dejado unas pequeñas indicaciones para mejorar el estado de hidratación pero éstas son generales, lo mejor es que probemos con diferentes cantidades y veamos cómo respondemos (cada persona tiene diferentes demandas) 🙃

Nessuno va ad allenarsi SOLO per passare il tempo , SOLO per sfogarsi, SOLO per stare meglio.
C'è sempre una ricerca di un miglioramento estetico e in questo non c'è nulla di male.

Ogni volta che ci alleniamo instauriamo un processo ipertrofico grazie alla combinazione di questi 3 sistemi,ovvero diciamo al nostro organismo che é necessario aumentare il volume dei nostri muscoli per sostenere una determinata mole di lavoro.

Il danno muscolare é forse il meccanismo più  conosciuto dai fruitori delle palestre: "distruggiamo il muscolo affinché possa essere riparato più forte e più voluminoso di prima"

C'è  un però! Il nostro corpo é altamente adattivo per questo é FONDAMENTALE che gli stimoli vengano cambiati frequentemente. Ogni volta che ci alleniamo instauriamo un processo ipertrofico grazie alla combinazione di questi 3 sistemi,ovvero diciamo al nostro organismo che é necessario aumentare il volume dei nostri muscoli per sostenere una determinata mole di lavoro.


Il danno muscolare é forse il meccanismo più conosciuto dai fruitori delle palestre: "distruggiamo il muscolo affinché possa essere riparato più forte e più voluminoso di prima"


C'è un però! Il nostro corpo é altamente adattivo per questo é FONDAMENTALE che gli stimoli vengano cambiati frequentemente. In altre parole quello che danneggia il mio muscolo oggi probabilmente tra un mese non lo farà più, proprio grazie alla grande capacità di adattamento insita in ognuno di noi.



Se ti stai allenando da anni e non hai mai cambiato il numero di serie, il numero di ripetizioni,il time under tension, il buffer, il volume e la frequenza, é moooolto probabile che tu non ti stia allenando correttamente. •
