It felt nice having a relaxing Sunday, the next few weeks are gonna be pretty busy with school finishing, and my birthday and Christmas. So it was nice to just relax today, and get a few small things done around the house.

It's definitely a lot different doing 5x5's compared to my normal training. But it feels good to go really heavy for a few reps.

Okay, I thought yesterdays workout was amazing... Todays was twice as amazing (mainly because back is my favourite muscle group.)
I really don't think I've ever pushed myself so hard before, everything was sore but I just kept going.

О том, что не стоит зацикливаться на весах, знала всегда. Видите разницу😉, я почти не вижу и не ощущаю, но весы показывают цифры и они не утешительны, целых 4 кг за полгода.

HAPPY HUMP DAY 🍑
So happy with my #shoulders in this photo 😂 finally seeing some definition coming through after all the food intake from the holidays 🎄🎊🎆 Just completed my second #workout for the week today I did a booty and upper body workout from the Bret Contreras #bootybybret guide:
1.Straddle squats 3x10 28kg db
2.Eccentric push ups 3xAMRAP
3.One legged RDLs 3x6 ea 20kg kb
4.Trx rows 3x15
5.Db sumo squat 3x10 28kg
6.Extra range lying hip abductions 3x20
7.Barbell hip thrusts 3x20

My butt is seriously on fire but it was all worth it, love how effective this program is. What are you all training today?

2018 What a year of Strength & Im just getting started. ⁣⁣

Ive never posted a back photo in all my years of training because really theres nothing much to keep up with but the bulk with @kk_fit_ has been nothing but amazing. ⁣⁣

My last aim is 125KGs then if I get hit by a bus the next day, ill die happy (I know that was what I said at 100KGs PR but I cant helpt myself) ⁣⁣

4 feet 9 at 48KGs, no athletic background whatsoever, no real powerlifting training- I am very very proud of myself.

People consistently ask me what the big secret to changing your body shape, have I heard of this diet? that diet?, throw in a 'well it's easy for you, you're so skinny' (which fyi is not a compliment to most of us in the fitness industry😅) But in fact I have not always been in shape or had a good relationship with food.
The photo on the right is me pretty much at my biggest (only one I could find that I would allow to keep back then!) I'd never stepped foot in a gym in my life and food was comfort not fuel for my body to perform well day to day.
The photo on the left is me at my leanest training as much as possible. Changing up my diet and educating myself about food and the human bodys reaction to it.
There is only one big secret
CONSISTANCY
If you consistently abuse you're body with a poor diet and keep movement to an all time minimum you're body will adapt to that.
If you're consistanly mindful that you're fueling your body with good nutritious food, breaking a sweat and getting some good movement regularly your body will adapt
You are not going to gain 10kg if you eat a pizza and you are not going to be a hulk if you pick up a weight. "You are what you consistanly do"
