Ecco una variante dello Stacco Rumeno per lavorare in maniera più completa su tutta la catena posteriore.

La maggiore ampiezza della presa consente un buon lavoro sui muscoli trapezi, dato che si crea una linea di trazione che rispetta la direzione delle fibre di questo distretto.

L’altra nota positiva è che possono avere vantaggi anche soggetti con un’ottima elasticità degli ischiocrurali o delle braccia troppo lunghe, infatti allargando la presa si guadagna ROM in discesa evitando di far toccare i dischi a terra.

La presa snatch, se non l’avete mai fatta, all’inizio potrebbe risultarvi un po’ scomoda perciò potete anche utilizzare le fascette visti gli alti carichi che si possono raggiungere con lo Stacco Rumeno.

Ah, the infamous assault bike! This machine is probably one of the most brutal in any workout, but it is also one of the machines best adapted for any adaptive client. For now, we are exercising the legs and arms separately until she has gained better control and coordination to do them together. Amanda, like all of us, also has a love-hate relationship with this beast!
The aim of Adaptive functional fitness is to ensure that you are prepared for any contingency – the unknown and unknowable of everyday life. THREE: Quite a significant number. When I think of the number 3 it signifies so many situational variants. Good-better-best. Past-present-future. Insignificant-considerable-Significant. So on. I think in 3’s quite a bit throughout the day. “1.Has this worked in the past-how? Why?” - “2.What can be done in the present that’s helpful for me/for those around me?” - “3.What must I prepare for/how can this become better”. Immediate & future situations benefit from this method. You can move through problems faster. It’s a continuous circular system of assessment & improvement. I started training again this week after my recovery from surgeries. I felt so much peace being back in the gym. However, there is no chalk, no giant strong men training with me, the entire gym probably only has 200kg of weights- in total. It’s ok. Let’s adapt. Let’s 1-2-3 this new situation. I want heath, speed & mindfulness now- not medals. Sitting for a moment on this 03 red box: I planned my training objectives= 1. Don’t get huge. It works for medals but not for practical life & health. It almost killed me. Light hypertrophy & high intensity movement + eat smart. 2. Take it easy. No stupid hero moves. learn your body again. Get faster by starting slowly. If injured you can’t take care of your parents & loved ones nor study/work/play- You can’t keep a steady momentum if you hurt yourself. 3. Prepare now for a lifetime of peak physical & mental health. Write down what you want to hit month by month. That’s it. We can do the 1-2-3 for many aspects of our lives. Here’s another you might try: 1. What’s most important?= keep them in focus. 2. What upsets you the most?= knock them out. 3. What makes you happy?= Make time for these. Some of our problems can be broken up into smaller manageable fragments- then dealt with one by one. I always believe starting your week on a high, strong note sets the precedent for the rest of the week👌🏾

Today was no exception, those who know my style of training will know that I love the combination of compound movements as well as functional movements. Today however, there was a strong focus on ‘functional strength’ with a bit of Hypertrophy & boxing to end the session(Conditioning)✅

So the point of this competition for me was not to pr on everything, although that would be nice, it was to make sure I got as many white lights as possible and learn as it was my first competition, but definitely happy how everything moved on the deadlift, the second 220 I've done and also the fastest, definitely had about more in the tank.

Nach der osteopathischen Behandlung von @pferdeosteo_tanjabag geht’s heute weiter mit dem Training 🐎🥰♥️ Dressur steht auf dem Plan und hier rufe ich mir immer wieder die Tipps von @jessica_von_bredow_werndl ins Gedächtnis: 1. Warm up: Locker flockig joggen lassen, Hände stabil halten für eine konstante Anlehnung 2. Sensibel aufs Bein machen: mit Gerte fuchteln, viel looooooben und
