Во-вторых, невозможно за месяц сделать фигуру мечты, а потом поедать всё подряд и прекратить заниматься! Это должно стать образом жизни, нуууу или хотя бы происходить на постоянной основе!

Safety Bar Pin Squats.

I like to do different variations of the big compound lifts from time to time; to address specific weak points and to reduce the likely hood of overuse injuries from performing the same exercises over and over, all year round. Imo, they need to be similar to the Big Basic Compounds, specifically full ROM alternatives so that the strength and stability gained carries back over, in this case to the Barbell Back Squat.

This particular variation of the Squat is great for teaching tightness in the hole and how to maintain the correct upright Squating position. Little Pro Tip: look for the pins with your hips, not your shoulders and this one will go a long way toward bolstering your Squat mechanics. -

I have mentioned numerous time that health is not only what you eat but also what you think. Negative emotions are a part of life and there are various sources of it. What one can do, besides excluding the constant sources, is to acknowledge the negative energy that flows around and consciously try to cleanse himself in case he's been infected with it.

It is very important to be conscious in this procedure because that means:
✅ You are being honest with yourself
✅ You acknowledge the situation
✅ You actively get in charge of your wellness
✅ You recognize that you want to vibe higher and not be consumed by the negativity of others
.
.
Back in my teens I used to be either quite explosive or extremely introverted and forcing everything inwards, which of course is the worst thing one can do as this accumulated stress will take its toll overtime.💥 .
.
What helped me A LOT in terms of dealing with these situations while still maintaining my mental health at a good point AND has made me gain control of myself has been the powerful combo: ALONE TIME + PHYSICAL ACTIVITY.🙏💫

.
I usually take some time for myself, disconnected from people or social in order to delve into my own thoughts and evaluate the situation in my own criteria, unaffected by any emotional trigger. What helps a lot is to physically release that tension. When I am sad I usually hit heavy weights at the gym. When I am angry I usually prefer being outdoors and using my body in full controlled movements, such as side kicks. The level of concentration I need to perform isometric hold of them is pretty demanding and actively directs my mind into a more balanced state.🙏

The take home message of it is that you should ALWAYS be in charge of your own self.🌸 How you choose to react displays who YOU are and hence should not depend on who mistreated you or the source of anger. CHOOSE to vibe higher, CHOOSE to think healthy, CHOOSE to take care of yourself, CHOOSE to live a life you deserve 💫❤

What I do care about is the habits you are building to maintain your results. 
The quality of food you are eating. 
Your attitude towards yourself & your relationship with food. 
Your growing ability to choose when you want food & not be compelled to eat at any given emotion. 
Your ability to moderate treats, alcohol & know what is excessive. 
I care about you developing skills in the kitchen to make healthy food you actually enjoy. I care about your happiness & the things you say to yourself inside of your head. 
I care about the hours of sleep you get every night. I care about the confidence you gain & the strength you build in the gym. .

Body fat level can be a by product of doing these things well, but it can also have nothing to do with any of these. 
Lower body fat means nothing if everything I said above is ignored. .
.
We just got 1/2 way scans for our 8 week challenge but I am consistent with staying neutral on any result from a scan, positive OR negative as they can be in-accurate. What’s not inaccurate is your measurements, visual photos, the way your clothing fits, how you feel + honest reflection of everything I have listed above. If I have taught my team anything during this challenge I want it to be this.

1. อ่านฉลากโภชนาการโดยเลือกผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีปริมาณน้ำตาลทรายให้น้อยที่สุดเท่าที่จะเป็นไปได้ เพราะเนื่องจากอาหารผ่านกระบวนการผลิตล้วนใส่น้ำตาล โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งของหวานและเครื่องดื่มสำเร็จรูปต่างๆ 
2. หากจำเป็นต้องรับประทานอาหารนอกบ้านต้องไม่ปรุงเพิ่ม เช่น ไม่เติมน้ำตาลลงในก๋วยเตี๋ยว อื่นๆเป็นต้น
3.นอกจากอาหารแล้ว หากต้องดื่มเครื่องดื่มนอกบ้าน ควรสั่งให้ลดปริมาณน้ำตาล และหันมาเลือกดื่มเครื่องดื่มที่มีการใส่น้ำตาลต่ำแทน แต่ถ้าเป็นไปได้ให้หลีกเลี่ยงการเติมน้ำตาล น้ำเชื่อม นมข้นหวานไปเลยจะดีกว่า หรืออาจจะหันมาใช้สารทดแทนความหวานเติมลงในเครื่องดื่มได้บ้าง เพื่อช่วยลดปริมาณน้ำตาล และพลังงานที่ได้รับจากเครื่องดื่ม
4. หลีกเลี่ยงการทานผลไม้ที่มีรสหวานจัด หรือมีปริมาณของแป้งมาก เช่น ทุเรียน ลำไย มะม่วงสุก เป็นต้น และหันมาเลือกทานผักผลไม้รสไม่หวานจัดเพิ่มมากขึ้น เพื่อช่วยควบคุมระดับน้ำตาลในเลือด
5. ไม่ควรรับประทานน้ำตาลเกิน 3-6 ช้อนชาต่อวัน โดยองค์การอนามัยโลกรับรองไว้ว่าไม่ควรทานน้ำตาลทรายเกิน 6 ช้อนชา หรือ 24 กรัมต่อวันค่า....

1. อ่านฉลากโภชนาการโดยเลือกผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีปริมาณน้ำตาลทรายให้น้อยที่สุดเท่าที่จะเป็นไปได้ เพราะเนื่องจากอาหารผ่านกระบวนการผลิตล้วนใส่น้ำตาล โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งของหวานและเครื่องดื่มสำเร็จรูปต่างๆ 
2. หากจำเป็นต้องรับประทานอาหารนอกบ้านต้องไม่ปรุงเพิ่ม เช่น ไม่เติมน้ำตาลลงในก๋วยเตี๋ยว อื่นๆเป็นต้น
3.นอกจากอาหารแล้ว หากต้องดื่มเครื่องดื่มนอกบ้าน ควรสั่งให้ลดปริมาณน้ำตาล และหันมาเลือกดื่มเครื่องดื่มที่มีการใส่น้ำตาลต่ำแทน แต่ถ้าเป็นไปได้ให้หลีกเลี่ยงการเติมน้ำตาล น้ำเชื่อม นมข้นหวานไปเลยจะดีกว่า หรืออาจจะหันมาใช้สารทดแทนความหวานเติมลงในเครื่องดื่มได้บ้าง เพื่อช่วยลดปริมาณน้ำตาล และพลังงานที่ได้รับจากเครื่องดื่ม
4. หลีกเลี่ยงการทานผลไม้ที่มีรสหวานจัด หรือมีปริมาณของแป้งมาก เช่น ทุเรียน ลำไย มะม่วงสุก เป็นต้น และหันมาเลือกทานผักผลไม้รสไม่หวานจัดเพิ่มมากขึ้น เพื่อช่วยควบคุมระดับน้ำตาลในเลือด
5. ไม่ควรรับประทานน้ำตาลเกิน 3-6 ช้อนชาต่อวัน โดยองค์การอนามัยโลกรับรองไว้ว่าไม่ควรทานน้ำตาลทรายเกิน 6 ช้อนชา หรือ 24 กรัมต่อวันค่า....
