How much water do you drink per day?

Chance are it's not enough!!
When you are hungry, have a BIG glass of water.
A lot of the time we mistake thirst for hunger.

The same goes for fatigue if your feeling tired, don't reach for something sugary to pick you, have some water.

Better yet consistently drink water throughout the day. You will find you have more energy and you will be less likely to snack.

Happy Tuesday!! Getting strong again, 405 front squat hit 3 reps two sets before drops, coulda hit 5 well get it next week. Can tell the quads are growing, making it hard to fit in certain shorts but not at the waist lol. Loving all the carbs in the diet. For some reason my hamstrings specifically the right is super tight, to the point of near cramps during workout. I stretch use the trigger point balls and foam roll and drink a shit ton of water...makes no sense. Any other ideas other trainers lemme know 💪🏿

How do I have so much motivation every day? I don’t 🙃 especially when I don’t sleep enough or have lots of other things going on at the same time. You may see me getting out there every day, but I don’t spring myself out of bed every morning excited to work out 🙅🏻‍♀️ it takes me a while sometimes to remind myself why I do what I do—lately it’s been because I want to reach my crazy #rungoals 🏃🏻‍♀️and other times it’s because I want stay healthy, be a good example to others, or simply stay sane. Here are some tips to get and keep you motivated to work out & be healthy:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• HAVE A PURPOSE: and not just in general—but a specific one for each day. Mine today was to flush out my legs from yesterday’s hard session & help get my day started (since exercise increases circulation and drives blood to the brain so I can get my work done with a clear mind 🧠)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• THINK OF YOUR ULTIMATE GOALS: lots of reasons why we work out are because we are trying to achieve a bigger goal—losing weight, a PR, improving cholesterol or heart health, & all of these require long-term work—it’s the little steps every day that will lead to achieving our goals 👣
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• REMIND YOURSELF HOW GREAT IT FEELS AFTERWARDS: this truly helps me most days. The few times I’ve skipped out on exercise, I’ve felt sluggish & in a bad mood the rest of the day, end up not getting anything else accomplished, & then go to bed that same night feeling upset at myself 😏 of course, if you’re feeling exhausted FROM TRAINING, then it’s definitely better to take a day off, but even then going for a walk or a stretching session is probably a better option for the mind than doing nothing 👌🏼

Exercise while on vacation 👉🏼 and you’ll feel so much better! Not that being on vacation alone isn’t enough to feel good—but if you’re like me and love to eat a bunch & lay around not getting in any “steps”, it will feel amazing to get in a sweat session at least a few days 🏋🏻‍♀️ I’m enjoying every bit of Bermuda — the sun, drinks, food, so many nice people, and catching up on my reading 🤓

I got a few comments yesterday on my food story posts about how lucky I am to be able to eat so much “crap” and still keep in good shape. This saddens me so I shared a follow-up and if you missed it, here it is—a week of crap-eating is not going to make a difference to any gains (or losses) you’re working on!! I used to worry about this too, bc I never wanted to “undo” my hard work, but in reality when I come home a few pounds heavier on the scale, it all goes back to normal within a few days 🙌🏼 and I got to enjoy so many delicious foods and a ton of wine!! If you normally eat pretty healthy, YOU WILL NOT DO DAMAGE eating off of your diet for a few days or a week or a month 🙅🏻‍♀️ enjoy life! It makes me sad getting so many messages from women and young girls about how they can’t eat this or that like I do without gaining weight 😢 YES YOU CAN!

Reminiscing the 4 weeks I had with these beauties @indipoledance⠀⠀

If you were watching my stories from last night, I purchased an Entrepreneur Business bundle course, which I began today!⠀⠀
⠀⠀
I've chosen to begin with the Instagram course as I've felt my account has been flat of late, watching others grow dramatically around me and I lose followers and realise, you know what, IG isn't everything! ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Yes, it's an advantage for my business and I'm super grateful as it allows me to have a free gallery that leads into clients from across the world. So I'm ready to tackle these new tricks and implement so my account will be BOOMING again!⠀⠀
⠀⠀
There was an interesting first question, choosing your niche; why are you unique from others, but the question that resonated with me the most; "Why do you want to help people?" ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
It's great to have these questions, has me think, why am I different? Why would someone choose me out of millions of other photographers out there?! ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
And this is why ~ Everyone deserves to feel special, to feel their very best, an exceptional photographer to me, is someone who can connect with their clients, get to know a little about that person, learn their backstory, share some laughs and this is where the relationship begins and the MAGIC soon follows... capturing the client in their purest beauty is the ultimate and this is how I want to help people. ⠀⠀

Tag some friends or people who would love to have a unique photography experience with me, I guarantee I can make anyone beautiful, as deep down, we all have inner beauty and deserve to have this captured, thank you 🙏🏽⠀⠀
