The way I used to target that gorilla chest Was reps and more reps. I also rested the least amount possible. 
Check it out need to motivate myself this Friday to get a workout in before or most likely after work.

Have you ever try and reconnect with nature?! There is a reason why I do this kinda of exercises. 
Animal flow is literally copycat of the animal movement. The great thing about it is to reconnect with nature, getting to know how your body works through exercise that are in the nature. 
Yoga is one of the best exercises because of the same thing, it is known for the poses that copies the animals, but said no one you can turn a low intensity yoga pose into a HIIT workout. 
It is also a kind of meditation for me to know that I can reconnect with nature and flow with it, it is disconnecting with the material world to get to know and copy nature. 
Try to disconnect from the world through exercise, try doing it to reconnect you human side with the animal movements, try to be free and let you animal flow.....

Cycle 1 stats submitted. I'm happy with that considering I had a holiday and training has been a no go due to injury. So purely following the principles with diet I've managed to keep weight gain at bay. Hopefully cycle 2 will be a bit more successful.

Los alimentos no son ni buenos ni malos. Va a ser bueno o malo dependiendo de tu alimentación y del CONTEXTO. Simplemente hay alimentos más saludables y recomendados que otros.

No va a tener el mismo efecto en el organismo el chocolate 🍫 (por ejemplo) para una persona deportista 🏋️‍♂️ y que controla su alimentación 🥗, que para una persona sedentaria 🛌 y que no lleva una alimentación saludable 🍩
.
✅ Cuando el conjunto de tu alimentación está basada en verduras y frutas, para cubrir los micronutrientes esenciales que necesita el organismo, cubres tus requerimientos de proteína, consumes grasas saludables, etc. los alimentos ultraprocesados, hipercalóricos o poco saludables no van a tener un efecto tan perjudicial en el organismo. Si su consumo es esporádico, la relevancia que va a tener para la salud es prácticamente NULA.

👎 Los ultraprocesados todos sabemos que son alimentos muy poco interesantes nutricionalmente. NO deben estar MUY presentes en la nutrición de una persona. Son alimentos de muy baja calidad. Pero eso no significa que sean MALOS SIEMPRE. Hay casos en los que un alimento no es ni malo ni bueno, simplemente tiene un efecto muy bajo en la salud si es consumido de forma esporádica. Es decir ni te mejora ni te perjudica 🤷‍♂️

❗Sin embargo en un contexto de dieta de baja calidad, con constantes elecciones alimentarias poco saludables, la relevancia que tienen estos alimentos es mayor (superávit calórico, sobrepeso, obesidad, bajo estado de salud, malnutrición, hiperglucemias, resistencia insulina, dislipemias...)
.
➡️ Pero aún así, no deberíamos hablar de alimentos específicos (y mucho menos de nutrientes, como por ejemplo el azúcar). Lo que mayor importancia va a tener para tu salud es tu ALIMENTACIÓN GLOBAL.

Los alimentos no son ni buenos ni malos. Va a ser bueno o malo dependiendo de tu alimentación y del CONTEXTO. Simplemente hay alimentos más saludables y recomendados que otros.

No va a tener el mismo efecto en el organismo el chocolate 🍫 (por ejemplo) para una persona deportista 🏋️‍♂️ y que controla su alimentación 🥗, que para una persona sedentaria 🛌 y que no lleva una alimentación saludable 🍩

✅ Cuando el conjunto de tu alimentación está basada en verduras y frutas, para cubrir los micronutrientes esenciales que necesita el organismo, cubres tus requerimientos de proteína, consumes grasas saludables, etc. los alimentos ultraprocesados, hipercalóricos o poco saludables no van a tener un efecto tan perjudicial en el organismo. Si su consumo es esporádico, la relevancia que va a tener para la salud es prácticamente NULA.

👎 Los ultraprocesados todos sabemos que son alimentos muy poco interesantes nutricionalmente. NO deben estar MUY presentes en la nutrición de una persona. Son alimentos de muy baja calidad. Pero eso no significa que sean MALOS SIEMPRE. Hay casos en los que un alimento no es ni malo ni bueno, simplemente tiene un efecto muy bajo en la salud si es consumido de forma esporádica. Es decir ni te mejora ni te perjudica 🤷‍♂️

❗Sin embargo en un contexto de dieta de baja calidad, con constantes elecciones alimentarias poco saludables, la relevancia que tienen estos alimentos es mayor (superávit calórico, sobrepeso, obesidad, bajo estado de salud, malnutrición, hiperglucemias, resistencia insulina, dislipemias...)

➡️ Pero aún así, no deberíamos hablar de alimentos específicos (y mucho menos de nutrientes, como por ejemplo el azúcar). Lo que mayor importancia va a tener para tu salud es tu ALIMENTACIÓN GLOBAL.
