Hejka piątek!😍 Niby mam wakacje, ale jak sobie uświadamiam, że zaczyna się weekend to jakoś mi tak fajnie😂🙈 Dzisiaj rano robiłam śniadanie z myślą, że chce pyknąć foteczkę bo Gabi @marcepanowa_ robi akcje różowy piątek💓 No i oczywiście zawsze jak się staram i chce żeby coś wyszło to coś nie pyka i ofc pierwszy naleśnik rozwalił mi się na patelni🙈🤷🏼‍♀️ W smaku był pycha, więc go zjadłam, nie będę przecież marnować, ale no mimo, że yummy to do zdjęcia się nie nadawał😅No a ze różowy to jeden z moich ulubionych kolorów to jak bym mogła nie wziąć udziału w tej akcji?🤩 Dlatego po prostu do pozostałej masy dodałam więcej mąki i mleka żeby były 3 i powiem wam, że wyszły jeszcze lepsze niż zwykle!😋😍 Oczywiście nadziałam je moim ulubionym kremem Monte żeby na 100% były dobłe 😂❤️ No i dodałam gwóźdź programu akcji Gabi czyli słodziutkie, różowe malinki💕 Kiedyś bym się tylko zdenerwowała, że mi nie wyszło, rzuciła to (ładnie mówiąc😂) w kąt i miała zepsuty humor🤬😓 A teraz? Stwierdziłam, że nic się nie stało i działam dalej!🤩 Powiem wam, że to niby taka głupota, ale jestem z siebie dumna bo widzę, że zaczynam nabierać dystansu do różnych niepowodzeń😄 A jak ma się luz to żyje się znacznie łatwiej!😎 Wam też polecam nie zajmować sobie głowy głupotami, poczujecie ogromny komfort psychiczny!😎❤️ Ja uciekam i życzę miłego dzionka!💋

Breakfast is completed!! I find the weekends are always the hardest for me as I work the nights on a weekend, and by the time I finish I just want some junk food. Mainly because I’m tired! So today I’m gonna prep my tea to take to work and take some syn free snacks with me so I can eat whilst I’m there! First thing this morning I drank a 600ml bottle of water and I’m gonna do the same now! Feeling good!!

This is one simple way to cut calories fast!

A really simple way to subtract calories is substituting a 0 calorie spray for your cooking oils and butters. Butter and olive oil can add just over 100 calories per tablespoon to your meals, which adds up fast. If you still want to cook occasionally with oil of butter thats fine, but just make sure to account for the calories.

EAT HIGH VOLUME FOODS
You need to add more high volume foods to your meals to keep you full on your cut! Foods such as broccoli, Greek yogurt, potatoes, popcorn, cottage cheese, oats, egg whites, are great examples that you can use. By incorporating these lower calorie per gram foods you can get way more volume in your meals and snacks so that you feel much more full even though you are eating less!

If you are having trouble feeling full while shredding, you may need to eat slower. Chew every bite fully and thoughtfully, and match your pace to the slowest eater at the table. This allows you to actually enjoy your food and give your body time to realize that it is full. Dzisiaj moją propozycją na śniadanie, obiad czy kolacje są.... NALEŚNIKI! Nie znam osoby, która nie lubi naleśniczków 😊 najbardziej kojarzone są oczywiście z nutellą i bananami, ale u nas przedstawiamy je w wersji z twarogiem, gruszką i odrobiną masła orzechowego! 😋
Składniki:
✨ 2 jajka ✨ 100g mąki pszennej ✨ 200 ml mleka ✨ oliwa do smażenia ✨ 125 g twarogu chudego
✨ 100 g jogurtu naturalnego ✨ 1 gruszka ✨ 20 g masła orzechowego ✨ pół łyżeczki cynamonu
Przygotowanie:
Jajka, mąkę i mleko mieszamy razem na jednolitą masę, następnie smażymy naleśniki na mocno rozgrzanej patelni. Jogurt mieszamy z twarogiem i cynamonem. Gruszkę kroimy na mniejsze części. Gotowe naleśniki przekładamy nadzieniem i polewamy masłem orzechowym i posypujemy gruszką 🍐🍐🥰 Przepis to dwie porcje (ok. 6 naleśników) smacznego wszystkim! ❤️😋🥞

After just one week of my level 2 yoga teacher training course I feel a drastic change emotionally, mentally and physically. 
How?
We practice asanas twice everyday. We do yoga kriyas ( physical and emotional cleansing techniques) everyday. 
We practice pranayama and meditate everyday. 
Our days start at 4.30am and end at 9.00 pm.
The level of energy fluctuations during the day are beyond my comprehension.
This week has been exhausting but it has been such an eye opener on soo many deminisions.
I can't wait to absorb all that the coming weeks have to offer.

Q. Why did I chose to get fit and healthy? 
A. That little girl right there. My princess. My rock. My saviour. 
I was never one who had to worry about food or exercise. I was a smoker, ate what ever I wanted, when ever I wanted. I was far from healthy, but I was always skinny. 
I put on 30kgs + with my pregnancy and everyone always said it’ll just fall off. 
My reality was in the left photo.. it didn’t fall off!

At Olivia’s first birthday I was 20kgs heavier then I had ever been in my life. I hated looking at myself. I rarely took photos because I didn’t know who that person was.
I couldn’t walk up the stairs at home without being puffed out, let alone walk my dog without needing a break. 
After her first birthday and looking at myself in those photos and crying I made the decision to change. 
To change my lifestyle, not only for my own health and well-being, but for Olivia! 
I wanted her to have a fit and healthy mummy who can run around and chase her all day long. 
Who would go on adventures with her and not run out of breath. 
To have a mummy she can be proud of and not one to hide away when she finally goes to school. 
I wanted to be the best I could be for my little princess!

So with a bit of time, patience, persistence and positivity I dropped that weight. 
I became healthier, fitter and stronger. 
Stronger physically & stronger mentally. 
I am beyond happy with my progress. It’s a slow and long journey but one I am choosing to enjoy every step of the way. 
A journey where both Olivia and I can enjoy activities and adventures together. 
Not to mention the amazing people we have met along the way who have become like family to us! 
They have motivated, encouraged and supported me along the way. 
There’s no end goal, anything is possible. 
And I am beyond proud of what I have achieved so far 🖤

Accountability Post!

I know that it seems like the majority of the people are always trying to lose weight. My struggle has always been to put on weight. ( I know, crazy right!? ) I’ve always wanted to weigh 200 pounds and I haven’t had success in achieving that yet. I feel that’s what I think and believe will be my “perfect” body for myself. I find myself having to eat around 5-6 pounds of food daily to get up near there. It’s overwhelming and really hard for me. I’ve lost a lot of weight recently and it’s time to get to my goal of 200 pounds! Here’s to day 1 of really pushing myself to get to where I want to be 💪

What a perfect way to enjoy delicious Vegan Ice Cream during this freaking hot summer to cool off!  Low sugar and low fat!

VEGAN STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM

2 bags of 12 oz frozen strawberries
1 can (13.5 oz) of low fat coconut milk
1/4 c turbinado sugar
1 tsp stevia
1/4 tsp sea salt

Blend all ingredients in a powerful blender (Vita Mix) until ice cream mixture consistency.  4 large servings.  Delicious!  Enjoy!

FOOD ON HOLIDAY
sometimes it can be hard to go on holiday and to try to let go of the control over the food. at home i’m always very conscious of what I eat and what I don’t eat. 
i think it’s super important to try to let go a bit, and enjoy all of the good food and especially just relax.
of course, this doesn’t necessarily mean endless ice cream and chocolate. everything in moderation.
this was the yummiest vegetable curry that i devoured & loved.
