My favourite meal of the day! And although I love to eat the foods, the goal is to minimize the time in the kitchen.

I also want to point out that ALL of my bowls ALWAYS have a base of either romaine lettuce, spinach or kale. That throws in some extra earthy and nutrient dense leafy greens, providing extra satiety and of course nutrients and vitamins and LIFE and COLOUR to the bowls.

-GRILLED campari tomatoes 🍅🍅

-TOFU medium firm tossed in the actifryer for 30 mins

(Why diary free? Because when I eat really clean, if I add lactose/dairy back into my diet, it brings gas which I hate and I can live WITHOUT ... I cut diary out of my diet because diary inflames EVERY BODY and although it wouldn’t make me as bloated I just could do without it!)

Most people perform the dumbbell shoulder press with their arms at a 90 degree angle. It’s not necessarily incorrect but if you do it that way, your chest is more likely to fall forward and it’s more difficult to keep your shoulder blades tucked back. If you bring your elbows in more, it’s easier to keep your chest up and shoulder blades tucked back. You’ll probably feel it more in your shoulders this way. I also like Arnold presses because there is a greater range of motion and I find the movement triggers a mental cue for me to keep my elbows tucked in.

The overhead press is probably my personal favorite shoulder exercise but it’s also more challenging to perform and it’s an exercise where a lot of potential mistakes can be made. The grip you should use will vary a bit from person to person but should typically be slightly outside shoulder width. You want your forearms and wrists to be in line with each other and perpendicular to the bar. It puts you in the safest and most powerful position to press the weight.

Mindful Movement Monday!
Go fo a walk🚶‍♀️It's free, gets you outdoors with the additional benefits of vitamin D & nature immersion, & doesn't need to be done on a schedule. Exercise does not have to be difficult, heart pumping, sweat generating. It really doesn't.  In fact the more we learn about the human body, fascia, hormones etc.; I believe we will see a trend towards more gentle exercise. Most of us are already facing many life stressors, so the idea of putting additional stressors on the body through vigorous exercise is counter-productive. 
Centuries ago Hippocrates said "Walking is man's best medicine" and I think he might be right!

It’s not even been 4 months that @maitrisatra02  started with her transformation and along with a 7kg weightloss She has helped 6 people already.

In the beginning she had no clue about forms and body postures,She would do it all wrong because of being unaware about the importance of body posture and now,She herself is correcting her as well as other’s body postures and spreading awareness about the importance of form.

Your problem is you want to know the short cut, you want to know how to get rich quick and you want to feel significant without ever doing anything meaningful and significant.

If that's what you want, you'll spend every last dollar you have searching for an answer, idea or strategy that doesn't exist.
~
There are no short cuts, you've got to show up every day and put in the work, year in and year out. End of story.
~
The best strategies, success tips and advice won't work if you don't back that up with consistent effort and work over a long period of time.
~
It doesn't matter if we're talking about your body, your business, your relationship or even growing your social media following, nothing works if you aren't committed and dedicated enough to put in the work to make things happen.
~
I get that there are many things to learn and so many ideas & strategies to take on board, but my advice as always is to get the basics right and focus on being consistent and showing up every day.
~
Don't waste your time and energy hoping for an easy way, there isn't one. Put in the work for a decade or two and you'll see the results you want to see and build the life you want to live. It's that simple, but it's definitely not that easy!

It's time to take responsibility for your life and do what needs to be done!

The care and concern was such a burden. “Will this fit?”, “what’s the weight limit?” and “can I get out if I get in?”

That was all fuel. It is still fuel for the moments I don’t want to stay to the plan. I don’t want that burden on me

I love adventure and the before boat was a 2 person canoe with a weight limit of 600lbs. I know because I checked before even thinking about getting in. Getting out was terrible and I fell in the water on the way out. 534lbs was holding me back

I remember thinking to myself right before having the kayak picture taken “I didn’t even check the weight limit”. It was weird to not care. It was weird not having to worry. It was weird not having that burden.

The grind day in and day out has its rewards. Yeah it sucks sometimes but the rewards are pretty killer too 🤙🏼
