Another Big Punch of flavor! 🥊
You’ve got to try this easy green smoothie! It’s delicious and you won’t believe it’s good for you!

You don’t need to add any sugar (like raw honey) for this one…you’ll get all the sweetness you need from the banana, apple, lemon, vanilla almond milk and spinach!
And the ginger root (fresh if you’ve got it, or ground works too) adds a nice little zing to this drink.
I really liked mine with vanilla almond milk, it just adds a touch more flavor to the smoothie, but a half cup of plain H2O is fine too.

If you’ve been turned off by green smoothies in the past, you’ve just got to give this friendly smoothie recipe a try.

Good Morning, a wake up punch of flavor!
In the past I never was big on breakfast I usually skipped it. I learned Breakfast is considered an important meal because it breaks the overnight fasting period, replenishes your supply of glucose and provides other essential nutrients to keep your energy levels up throughout the day.

This was Sunday night dinner, beef roast in a reduced red wine sauce! 🥩
Pan seared on both sides for few minutes for browning in a cast iron skillet. I then shoved in the oven for about 30 minutes. I sliced the meat on a cutting board, poured some red wine in the skillet with the beef juices carrots and onions and let the wine reduce some, returned the beef let it simmer a little then boom there it goes! Great Sunday dinner! My ingredients are ( Himalayan sea salt, black pepper, garlic, yellow onions, scallions, garlic powder, hot sauce, butter and minced garlic)

Back and Biceps Day!

Taking the right supplements, before, during and after a workout really makes all the difference.

Depending on what your goals are, is going to decide which #Supps are best for you and when.

I use to take just a pre-workout, and although it does help and #Amplify my energy, I was starting to feel like it wasn’t enough. I was hitting a #Plateau.

Incorporating some BCAAs during my workout period, has really made the change I needed. I feel a different kind of energy, it’s helps with my endurance, and ability to get my max reps, with less of a struggle. Besides the fact that it actually tastes great! #AppleJuice #Flavored

Back and Biceps Day!

Taking the right supplements, before, during and after a workout really makes all the difference.

Depending on what your goals are, is going to decide which #Supps are best for you and when.

I use to take just a pre-workout, and although it does help and #Amplify my energy, I was starting to feel like it wasn’t enough. I was hitting a #Plateau.

Incorporating some BCAAs during my workout period, has really made the change I needed. I feel a different kind of energy, it’s helps with my endurance, and ability to get my max reps, with less of a struggle. Besides the fact that it actually tastes great! #AppleJuice #Flavored

While I have this knowledge, it doesn’t stop there! There is always so much more to learn, and making sure your facts are straight. I only hope and wish to be able to help others, share and provide an understanding of why supplements are very important in regards to a very active lifestyle.

Another Big Punch of flavor! 🥊
You’ve got to try this easy green smoothie! It’s delicious and you won’t believe it’s good for you!

You don’t need to add any sugar (like raw honey) for this one…you’ll get all the sweetness you need from the banana, apple, lemon, vanilla almond milk and spinach!
And the ginger root (fresh if you’ve got it, or ground works too) adds a nice little zing to this drink.
I really liked mine with vanilla almond milk, it just adds a touch more flavor to the smoothie, but a half cup of plain H2O is fine too.

If you’ve been turned off by green smoothies in the past, you’ve just got to give this friendly smoothie recipe a try.
