الفطر مش بس نبات طعمه لذيذ بينضاف للاكل والسلطات هوة برضه اله فوائد عدييييدة رح اذكر بعضها وعن كل انواع الفطر بشكل عام 💛👌🏻 •يحتوي على عناصر عديدة وقوية مضادة للتأكسد وبالتالي حماية خلايا الجسم من الضرر •مضاد للالتهاب •تنظيم مستويات الكولسترول بالدم •تقوية المناعة •محاربة السرطانات •بعض الدراسات اثبتت انه مضاد للإكتئاب •التحكم بنسبة السكر في الدم •مفيد لصحة القلب •غني بالالياف والدهون الغير مشبعة •قليل الكالوريات يعني بنقدر نضيفه لأي حمية غذائية بكل اريحيه 😍 •غني بالمعادن مثل النحاس والسلينيوم والبوتاسيوم •غني بيفتامين دال اللي هوة نقصه سبب اغلب المصايب 🤦🏻‍♀️ •مفيد جداً للبشرة 🤩 ✅

Além dos fatores já citados, sabe-se que a hipoplasia de esmalte é acometida pela deficiência de longa data das vitaminas D, A e C. Mesmo não estando bem esclarecido como a ausência desses micronutrientes provocam tal problema é importante reforçar a relevância do consumo de alimentos fontes de vitaminas.
Aqui estão alguns exemplos de alimentos em ordem decrescente de conteúdo de:

🥕 MUFFINS DE CENOURA 🥕
Esta foi uma das receitas que fiz para esta semana e ficou aprovada! Fiz tanto em muffins como em panquecas... dois em um, como eu gosto ✌

Receitas simples, fáceis e super práticas de fazer são mesmo a minha praia! Dá para juntar tudo no processador de alimentos e voilá 😏

Além disso, com ingredientes super simples... Não tem nada que saber! Se não tiverem cenoura, podem fazer com maçã, pêra, marmelos... é só imaginar 🤔

Vamos à receita?! Guardem já para experimentarem: - 400g de purê de cenoura (É só cozer a cenoura e triturar)
- 200g de farinha de aveia
- 2 ovos inteiros - 300ml de água (podem usar leite ou bebida vegetal)
- 2 colheres de sopa de azeite - Canela q.b
- Bicarbonato de sódio (1 colher de café) - Fácil fácil é envolverem todos os ingredientes no processador de alimentos e colocar Em formas de silicone. Ir ao forno pré-aquecido durante 25 minutos a 180⁰C

Como partilhei com vocês, no sábado o dia não foi fixe. Ontem foi melhor e hoje foi toppppp! Consegui fazer imensas das coisaa que queria e ainda fiz legumes para o jantar de hoje (e para os dias seguintes). Sabem o que é que vou fazer agora?! Sentar-me no sofá a desfrutar dos meus muffins com um chazinho bem reconfortante! Querem que vos mande algum?! 🤣

A sada, spektakl! 🤩🐓🤩🐓 Nove koke su stigle! Iz Hercegovine s ljubavlju, čitavo jato mladih, vrlo mladih #sussex koka! Odlične nesilice koje spadaju u teške kokoši! Jaja su im krupna i u više bež nijansi sa tamnijim tačkicama. Još nisu pronijele što znači da nemaju ni 6 mjeseci! Njih osam i jedan pijetao su smještene u novi, trodijelni kokošinjac u kojem odsad žive matična jata plavog australorpa, sussexa i talijanskih kokoši! Dvorište je sve šarenije i življe! I baš neka je! 🥰🐓🎉

🍅Cuketové nudle s rajčátky 🍅

Jak už jsem jistě u nějakého postu psala, moje nejoblíbenější jídlo jsou těstoviny a to snad na každý způsob. Ale co si budeme, někdy mám krapet výčitky z toho kolik těstovin jsem snědla a toto je skvělá a chutná varianta.

Budete potřebovat: •Cuketu (já použila jen menší půlku na jednu mou porci)
•Cibuly
•Cherry rajčátka
•Tofu
•Sýr typu parmezán

Na pánvi si lehce orestujeme tofu a vyndáme vedle do mističky. Jako další dáme na pánev cibulku a necháme jí do zlatova, pak přidáme rajčátka. Mezi tím si buď škrabkou nebo spiralizérem nastrouháme cuketu na nudličky. Když jsou rajčátka změklá přidáme zpět do pánve tofu smícháme a na konec přidáme cuketu, jen aby se ohřála. Na talíři ještě posypeme parmezánem a můžeme servírovat.

Dobrou chuť 🖤

Abnehmen ohne Kalorien zählen - wie schaffe ich das? 🧐🤷‍♀️

Meine Tipps👇
1. Bau so viel Bewegung wie möglich in Deinen Alltag ein. Nehm Treppen anstatt Aufzüge, steh öfter mal vom Bürostuhl auf und arbeite im Stehen (falls möglich) oder parke extra weit weg vom Geschäft wenn du einkaufen gehst. Das bringt Dir schon einmal mehr verbrauchte Kalorien.
2. Setz Dir feste Zeiten fürs Essen und iss Dich satt. Vermeide das ständige snacken zwischendurch, durch diese Gewohnheit häufen sich oft die meisten Kalorien.
3. NICHT hungern! Der Körper holt sich früher oder später immer alles zurück in Form von Heißhungerattacken. Versuche Deine komplette Ernährungsweise lieber langsam & dauerhaft umzustellen.
4. Bereite Deine Mahlzeit mit viel Gemüse vor. Das schafft Volumen, sättigt & hat wenig Kalorien. Ein Beispiel hierfür ist eine leckere Kartoffel-Gemüse-Pfanne mit Kräuterquark.
5. Führe ein Ernährungstagebuch. Oft isst man viele Dinge ohne darüber nachzudenken oder sich am Ende des Tages bewusst daran zu erinnern. Schreib Dir alles auf - dann siehst Du oft schon vor der Fehler liegen könnte!
6. Iss proteinreich, genügen Omega3 Fette (sättigend) & trinke genug - mindestens!!! 2-3 Liter Wasser am Tag.
7. Nehm KEINE flüssigen Kalorien zu Dir wie Eistee, Fanta oder auch Smoothies. Dies macht nicht satt, birgt jedoch viele Kalorien. .
Wenn du diese 7 Tipps schonmal umsetzt bist Du auf jeden Fall schonmal auf dem richtigen Weg. Natürlich kommt es aber moch auf einiges mehr an. Ich empfehle: starte lieber langsam & stelle deine Ernährungsweise dafür LANGFRISTIG um!💫💯💕

A quick and easy PESTO PASTA and chicken dinner 🥘

Spinach pesto
Ingredients:
2 cups spinach
1 cup fresh basil
½ cup almonds
1/4 cup pine nuts
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 - 3/4 cup organic extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast or parmesan cheese (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon
Directions:
Process ingredients except the olive oil on a food processor until blended. Drizzle in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy with @eatbanza New bowtie chickpea pasta, roasted tomatoes and garlic. Also paired with baked organic chicken breast seasoned with Italian seasoning

Garlic Butter Grilled Steak & Shrimp

A gourmet steak dinner that tastes like something out of a restaurant, ready and on the table in less than 15 minutes.
~
4 cloves garlic, (or 1 tablespoon minced garlic)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 New York Steak strip steaks (Porterhouse steaks)
Salt and pepper
8 ounces (250 g) shrimp deveined, tails on or off
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
Mix together butter, garlic and fresh chopped parsley. Refrigerate until ready to use. Heat a large grill over high heat. Lightly grease grill plates with oil. Pat steaks dry with paper towel. Brush lightly with oil and generously season with salt and pepper. Grill steaks for 4-5 minutes each side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Spread half of the butter all over of steaks. Transfer steaks to a warm plate and let rest for 5 minutes. While steaks are resting, melt remaining butter. Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to medium and grill your shrimp for 5-6 minutes, depending not the size and thickness of your shrimp. Flip each one halfway through cook time and continue cooking until they turn nice and pink in colour while white and opaque on the inside. Toss remaining butter through shrimp and serve with steak!

-Kết thúc 21 ngày thực hiện thói quen eatclean và tập thể dục 👏👏👏
-Sau 21 ngày, mình đã có thể dễ kiểm soát hơn về cơn thèm ăn uống không ngưng thời gian vừa qua. Tuy trong 21 ngày mình có đi ăn uống bên ngoài cùng gia đình, bạn bè.. nhưng mục đích chính là bạn bám theo được kế hoạch càng nhiều càng tốt. Chia sẻ thêm cho mn là mình có giảm được 2kg sau 3 tuần thực hiện😆Người nhẹ nhàng và khoẻ ra hẳn.
- Trong tuần đầu thực hiện rất dễ mà tuần 2 lại thèm ăn lại ☹️ nhưng kiên trì tới tuần 3 sẽ khác hẳn, sẽ dễ dàng hơn đó😘 Hiện tại mình vẫn muốn tiếp tục theo lối sinh hoạt này do lấy lại được đà và cũng như nó giúp mình thoải mái, vui vẻ hơn nhiều😍 Mn có đang muốn thực hiện thói quen nào không ?😜
