I changed my workouts to ones that REALLY challenge (heavier weights, hiit, resistance training, amraps, tabatas, etc), and eat clean (80/20 rule). I am stronger more than I’ve ever been physically but mentally as well. I am a HAPPIER, STRONGER version of ME! 👏🏻

Been diggin these as of late🤘🏻 -

Been throwing these in either as a warm up for back day or a finisher! A quick and clean 3x20 for each side! I feel like isolating each side of the back in a vertical pull is something you don’t see to many people do, so why not😎 -

As said I did 3 sets of 20 reps at the end of yesterday’s pull day! About a minute rest. If ya got anymore questions lemme hear em below👇🏻👇🏻 .

RM squat 95KG. ⏳

Suite à des problèmes de santé et après plusieurs mois d’arrêt de squat, soulevé de terre, charges lourdes, kiné, ostéo et rééquilibrage musculaire, j’ai repris le squat léger en janvier.
Je fais partie de la génération « les genoux ne doivent pas dépasser les pointes de pieds » donc long travail de technique pour complètement réapprendre à squatter avant de charger, de janvier à avril ( 40-60kg ) à base de :
- box squat
- pin squat
- squat freiné
- squat pause.
Avril 60-65kg
Mai 70-75kg
Juin 80-85kg
Juillet 85-90-95kg
Après 1 mois de programmation by @pwc.strengthcoach avec que des PR :
on était parti sur une RM à 100KG = déçue ☹️
La dernière semaine d’entraînement ne s’est pas passée comme prévu :
un seul entraînement + beaucoup de stress + fatigue, @pwc.strengthcoach voulait que je fasse mon max la semaine prochaine mais j’ai pas voulu écouter 😬 #jaitjrsraison #tetue #toulousaine
❌ Conclusion 1 :
J’aurais pu mais je ne me suis pas obstiné sur la barre, les erreurs étaient techniques j’ai donc pas cramé mon nerveux.
Quand le nerveux est cramé, il faut le reposer et reprendre lourd environ 3 semaines après. (Je ferais un post sur le SYSTÈME NERVEUX, beaucoup trop ignoré !)
❌ Conclusion 2 :
- je n’ouvre pas suffisamment les genoux en bas
- j’avais la barre au dessus des trapèzes = à la remonté je n’ai pas pu m’aider de mon dos
- Je n’ai pas confiance en ma descente et me cherche encore sur les barres lourdes
❌ Conclusion 3 :
J’ai donc travaillé la technique avec la barre PLUS BASSE = sur les trapèzes en charge légère 60-70-80 c’était beaucoup plus facile/agréable je me sentais beaucoup mieux !
attention ⚠️ je ne squat pas barre basse que ça soit clair 😂
Et non on ne recommence pas un max 1h après c’était trop tard pour ceux qui se demanderaient 🤗
❌ Conclusion 4 :
Oui je ferai toujours cette tête en squat car je suis en apnée 😂 !
La respiration c’est primordiale, prenez votre inspiration puis faites un bloque avec votre buste, ne soufflez que quand vous êtes presque en haut pour rester bien gainé.

Leg day!!! Just a quick workout i had with @tgptfitness last week, squats were not great, to much leaning forward on the way up need to get tighter in the movement.

RDL's, havnt done these for months, had DOMS for 4 days after 😟

Finished with leg press close stance 3x10 as a finisher.

You can eat healthy when you are out, you just have to learn to choose good quality foods. I went to IHOP and ordered the Southwest Scramble, it has scramble eggs with cheese and avocado + potato hashbrown and you have the option to order it with toasts,  fruits or two buttermilk pancakes. Happy Tuesday friends ✨ 
little life update, because why not. Currently not cutting, or bulking, really just listening to my body and eating every five minutes. Still consistently working out, just not posting them because I actually love focusing on the workouts. But we will get back into a routine, maybe. Overall, everything is amazing and I am now a firm believer in the act of once you put positive energy out into the world, you will get that back.  So next time you feel like the world is against you, find something positive about your situation and EMBRACE IT! Ilysm 💓 .
