Last night ended with me frustrated at my EZ2DJ cab and cracking my iPad screen. Today I got emotional violated by a man that didn't give me my cut for help him and the grind betrayed me by not giving me what I was owed. TUESDAY: I feel kinda puffy. I look the same as I did 2 years ago — I’m digressing. 😡 
WEDNESDAY: feeling lean 🙌
THURSDAY: feeling bloated. Did my muscles get smaller overnight?
FRIDAY: feeling pretty lean and strong 💪 
Can anyone else relate?! 🙋🏼‍♀️ There are SOOO many factors that come into play with all of this. 
1. How much sleep you got 
2. What you ate that day
3. Stress level 
4. Water retention 
5. Attitude
6. If you drank carbonated drinks or used a lot of artificial sweeteners 
7. Certain time of the month (for women) 😉 
My point of all this?! Don’t get discouraged. Be patient with yourself. Try to recognize what you did the day before that made a difference with the bloating/water retention.

THURSDAY: feeling bloated. Did my muscles get smaller overnight?
FRIDAY: feeling pretty lean and strong 💪
Can anyone else relate?! 🙋🏼‍♀️ There are SOOO many factors that come into play with all of this.
1. How much sleep you got
2. What you ate that day
3. Stress level
4. Water retention
5. Attitude
6. If you drank carbonated drinks or used a lot of artificial sweeteners
7. Certain time of the month (for women) 😉
My point of all this?! Don’t get discouraged. Be patient with yourself. Try to recognize what you did the day before that made a difference with the bloating/water retention.

DON’T over complicate things. There are SOOOO many activities/habits that we can do for our health — yoga, weight lifting, running, biking, hiking, journal writing, meditation, reading, gratitude journal, drinking lemon water in the morning.... 🤯 I could go on and on and onnnnnnn, but you get the idea 😉! While yes, ALL of these things are great and can have certain benefits, you can NOT do all of them ALL the time. Pick a few things that work for you and that you enjoy and STICK TO THEM. A lot of diet/exercise plans end up failing because they just don’t work as a lifestyle (one reason why I love macro/flexible dieting). So, don’t feel like you have to do everything that was once deemed “healthy” because ironically enough, it ends up becoming too stressful, not maintainable,  and dare I say “unhealthy.” START somewhere. 
STICK to it. 
KEEP going.
