I have followed @thefashionfitnessfoodie for quite some time on my personal account (and on this one since I started it). I love everything about her page I love her content, stories, calling out fitness and food bullshit and find her so relatable and inspirational. Because of this I decided to eventually join #teamnobs and tomorrow morning I'm starting the 12 week nobs guide. I'm very excited about this as I have no doubt it will be great!

4th workout of the week done, and all in the name of Cancer Research! Set off with my brother-in-law @matt.sherratt14 but he left me for dust about .5km in 😂 🏃🏻‍♂️ 58:34... course was supposedly 10km, Chew’s Strava said 9.5km, and my MapMyRun said 8.85km sooooo... 🤷🏼‍♀️ it was a tough one with lots and lots of hilly bits. Post-gym, no-makeup selfie! 👋🏼 Gym HIIT done, probs my favourite workout from @glouiseatkinson book so far, got my fave ball slams and kettle swings in! 👊🏼 Had a bit of a non-scale victory today as well, I added in a six minute run as part of my warm up, and kept my pace at 12kmph the whole way through! Usually run at around 10.5, but thought I’d push myself a bit, considering it was just a short run. Phewwwww, did the Dumbbells workout today from @glouiseatkinson Ultimate Body Plan and it definitely worked up a sweat! Lunges are my LEAST favourite exercise, but I got all the reps out and now I can enjoy a couple of gins and some pizza with my family! 💖🥰 (Yes, I KNOW it’s not on plan but I don’t like missing out on tasty treats OKAY?!) 😂🍕 All in moderation... 🙈

I am at the beginning of a new health and wellness journey. I have struggled with diastasis recti and Ely fat for many years and have not lost my post baby belly, three years after my youngest was born. I've tried a number of things, but have made little difference. It is called Metabolic Renewal and is just for women. The reason, because one of the main things that has a bearing on fat gain and loss as well as moods and all round health concerns hormones, and women have very different hormone than men. Our cycles affect us completely. This plan is adaptable for pregnancy, breastfeeding  Perimenopausal and menopausal and post menopausal women. There is a heavy emphasis on rest alongside effective but not long amounts of exercise. To keep myself motivated I have a survey of mood / feeling /sleep I complete every week, as well as checking measurements. Hopefully this will show improvements across all areas. This is my baseline photo. These are clothes I love but don't fit well. I'm hoping by the end of 12 weeks I will fit them well. #12weekplan #bellyfatloss #beforepic

Does anything in this world smell better than cooking with white wine? 🤤 in the process of cooking @glouiseatkinson spring chicken risotto and it smells delightful. 😋
I’ve not hugely craved anything bad this week - I had a small chocolate cupcake and a beer today as it was somebody at work’s birthday, and I skipped tea and ate some ginger nuts last night because I didn’t get home until late, BUT other than that I am totally on-plan... ha! 
Workout tomorrow night after work and after the dentist 😬 and then again on Saturday, before a 10k fun on Sunday.
