What it comes down to is figuring out your magic numbers. Then you make sure you hit them, it’s that simple. But wait there’s more it’s all about making sure it’s quality food and not too much 💩 food. 80% amazing 20% whatever you feel like 🍕❤️. You can still eat all your fave foods and get the results your looking for it’s just about figuring out what your magic numbers are a.k.a macros 😁😁😁 Don’t fall for the newest fad diets all the celebrity’s are doing, we are all different age/weight/lifestyle etc and require different caloric numbers.

Ok well my target was 8lb in 4 weeks the actual is 5.2lb. After a shocking 3rd week eating and drinking this week has been positive. 210lb would be a nice place to get to next ! 💪🏻 #12weekchallenge #caloriedeficit #weightloss2019 #caloriecounting #achillesrupture #heysham #fatfighters

Inbody body composition reports from 7/10 to today 7/19. Been playing around with diet and trying new things and this helps me see if what I’m doing is working. And I must say I’m very happy so far. Started at 31.3 pounds of body fat the. Dropped to 30 pounds and today I’m now 28.9 pounds of body fat. Went from 22.2% body fat to 21.2%. 1% to me is a big deal. 😂 I fluctuate but have been pretty focused with the gym and diet and has helped me get closer to my goal. I knew today was going to be busy. I was going to tack today's on last night but I was so dead after yesterday's workout. Then I was going to do two on Saturday but knew that Saturday would be busy too so I committed and woke up before 7 to do today's workout. 
Week 5 day 5. It was a full tabata workout. We did pushups, overhead presses, and wide rows. Each for 4 minutes (doing 20 secs on 10 sec rest). I am sooo dead. My arms, chest, and back are just jelly. 
Challenge today on top of that was a tabata of squat presses for 2 minutes counting our reps during the 20 seconds on. I did 39 in those 4 20 sec intervals. #goingToFeelStrong #moreLikeJellyRightNow #giveItTime

I knew today was going to be busy. I was going to tack today's on last night but I was so dead after yesterday's workout. Then I was going to do two on Saturday but knew that Saturday would be busy too so I committed and woke up before 7 to do today's workout.

Still over here working hard on my fitness and health goals, and chugging along with my training.  It’s been a rough week with some medical issues and a small surgery, which had me miss the last two days of workouts.  I ended up pouting last night and feeling defeated, which led to me eating pizza and breadsticks 🤦🏼‍♀️ I let myself feel sorry for myself and the constant roadblocks to my progress.  Woke up this morning with a new attitude and ready to put last night behind me and keep going.  Going to have to do upper body workouts and no cardio for 2-3 weeks 😭😭😭 but, all I can do is deal with it.  Goal: get my upper body looking beast mode 💪🏼💪🏼 #overcomechallenges #12weekchallenge #keepgoing #dontstaydown
