DOUBLE CHOC BLUEBERRY OATMEAL ๐Ÿ™Œ frozen fruit is one of my favourite things ~ cheaper than buying fruit fresh, just as nutrient rich AND you donโ€™t need to worry about it going bad ๐Ÿ’ช the frozen bluebs in my freezer coming in very handy for this choc blueberry oaty baby โžก๏ธ 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1 tbsp cacao powder (optional scoop vegan vanilla or chocolate protein powder - I used @formnutrition ๐Ÿ’•), 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp flaxseed and 1 cup water or plant-milk โžก๏ธ cooked over a medium heat until creamy and topped with frozen raspberries and @wholeearthfoods peanut butter ๐Ÿ’ช

โ€‹Mushroom and Miso Risotto by @veryhungryveganย ๐Ÿ˜‹ย A delicious, comforting recipe to try out!

Ingredients (serves 4)
1 1/2 cups arborio rice
1 brown onion, diced
1.25L vegetable or mushroom stock
1 1/2 tbsp white miso paste, dissolved in some water
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
200g mushrooms, sliced
2 spring onions, sliced
shredded nori and sesame seeds, to garnish โ €โ €โ €โ €
โ €โ €โ €โ €
instructions
1. in a non-stick fry pan add brown onion and rice and sautรฉ until translucent
2. add in mushrooms and cook until softened
3. add stock (1 cup at a time), rice wine vinegar, miso paste, and spring onion
4. cook until liquid is absorbed and rice has softened
5. top with extra spring onion, nori, and sesame seeds

Perchรฉ un regalo realizzato con le nostre mani รฉ un bel modo per dire "ti ho pensato" โค๏ธ Questi biscotti sono dolcificanti con i datteri, frutti dolcissimi, energetici e ricchi di nutrienti ๐Ÿ˜Š

Per circa 15 biscotti
-12 datteri denocciolati
-40g nocciole tostate non pelate
-2 cucchiai di cioccolato fondente in scaglie
-40g di olio di semi
-30g di latte
-120g farina tipo 1
-cannella qb (anche se non basta mai ๐Ÿ˜…) Frullate i datteri con le nocciole, la cannella, il latte e l'olio. Aggiungete il cioccolato e la farina e formate un panetto compatto (se fosse necessario aggiungete un altro po' di latte o un po' di farina). Formate i vostri biscotti e cuoceteli a 180ยฐC per circa 10/15 min ๐Ÿ˜Š
