Herbed Potato, Onion, and Sausage Hash by @theyummyvegan 😋 A delicious recipe to try out! Get it below:

​Ingredients
1 Medium Sweet Potato
2 Small Golden Potatoes
2 Small Red Potatoes
1/2 cup Sliced Onion
4 @gardein Breakfast Sausage Patties
Fresh Parsley
1 tsp of Dill
1 tsp of Thyme
Salt & Pepper to taste .

1. Cut the potatoes into sm-med pieces
2. Coat the Potatoes with the herbs and a bit of oil and bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until crispy but still tender
3. In a pan sauté the onion and sausage
4. Toss the baked potatoes in with the sausage and onions and cook for a few minutes to heat through and mix the flavors
5. Add fresh Parsley.

Chinese Chive Pies 🌾

—these remind me of the pan-fried buns I'd enjoy in Taipei but in pie form (also they’re like giant dumplings?!). I made my own dough for this and I really think freshly made dough makes a BIG DIFFERENCE. Freshly made wrappers from homemade dough turn out so much chewier, they also don't easily break apart when you fill them with your choice of veggies and noodles.

I share a step-by-step in my blog post on how I make these from scratch—all the way from the dough until the filling and cooking!

This recipe makes 12 pies, which I ended up storing in the refrigerator for a few days then I’d just reheat them again and still be as good—though you might not even have leftovers 😉

🍫 FONDANT AU CHOCOLAT 🍫

Qui a envie d’un délicieux petit fondant bien réconfortant aujourd’hui ? 😍
.
Là tout de suite maintenant j’ai trop envie de ça ☺️
Et au vu des ingrédients je n’ai qu’une chose à vous dire : «  À consommer sans modération » 🙏
Alors tenté ? 😋
.

🌿 Recette ( Moule 16x16 ) 🌿
.
.
25g de flocons d’avoine mixés
30g de compote de pomme SSA
100g de fromage blanc
10g de cacao en poudre non sucré
2 œufs
2cc bien bombées de maïzena
80g de chocolat noir
2 poignées de pépites de chocolat
*Optionnel : pépites de chocolat et peanut butter pour le topping .

1/ Séparer le blanc des jaunes.
2/ Mélangez les flocons d’avoine mixé, les jaunes d’œuf, la maïzena, la compote, le cacao en poudre et le fromage blanc.
3/ Faite fondre le chocolat au bain marie et le mélanger à la préparation précédente.
4/ Montez les blancs en neige et les incorporer délicatement au reste de la pâte.
5/ Ajoutez les pépites de chocolat.
6/ Versez dans votre moule et placez le au four à 180 degrés pendant 12/13 min.
7/ Pour les gourmands, vous pouvez ajouter avant la mise au four quelques pépites de chocolat et du peanut butter.
