I just got done with my internship for the morning and heading to @otflasvegassouth to get my butt kicked before spending the rest of the day doing homework until dinner tonight with a good friend! My week has started off a little rocky with some personal stuff going on but I’m deciding to focus on the good instead of focusing on the big so good! Sometimes life gives you obstacles. Obstacles that may seem unfair or too extreme, but you are given CHOICES.... break through the obstacles or let the obstacles break you! Today I’m choosing happiness 💫


One of my favorite parts of my sports nutrition internship is making these energy balls for the athletes at my school! They are made with oats, honey, peanut butter, cinnamon & chocolate chips! 😍

Happy Sunday friends! I hope you all have had a great weekend so far! Mine was definitely filled with ups and downs but I’m ending on a good note! I try not to spend too much time on Instagram during the weekend since that’s the only real time I get to spend with my friends and family so I like to enjoy that time off of my phone! I’m doing homework for the rest of the night and adding some self care in there as well! Enjoy your day loves! 💕

I just recently got into taking CBD, I have heard so many things about it and figured I’d just try it for myself! I usually take the oil drops but when I heard @ancientnutrition came out with CBD collagen I had to try it! I love their collagen and this product sounded right up my alley! I made these pumpkin oatmeal muffins with the collagen and it made the perfect pumpkin-y, vanilla-y flavor! 😍

Happy Sunday friends! I hope you all are having a great weekend! I took a break for Instagram this weekend for a couple reasons... I’ve been feeling uninspired lately (lack of content), my crazy busy schedule (lack of time), and that overwhelming feeling to always be “on” (lack of self-love). As much as I love this platform, it can really drain me at time and have me distracted from other aspects of my life! With the time I spent not on Instagram, I got to catch up on some sleep, do some homework and spend time with my loved ones! I need to get better at checking in with myself and seeing how I actually am doing! Give yourself permission to pause ❤️


I’m meal prepping up a storm today to set myself up for success this week! One of my favs that I made was this FALL QUINOA SALAD! It has roasted Brussels sprouts, roasted butternut squash, quinoa, craisins and pecans! It’s the perfect fall salad and it’s DELISH! 😍

Happy Thursday friends! I hope you all are having a great week and are looking forward to the weekend! I wanted to quickly talk about DOUBT! Self doubt is one of the major obstacles to live the life you truly deserve! We all have those inner voices inside our head that tell us we are constantly not good enough, not strong enough and not capable enough to achieve our goals! Overtime, self-doubt can lead to so many problems included anxiety, depression and possible future health conditions! It is so important to incorporate methods that counteract this negativity so you can live a joyful, purposeful and fulfilling life! When self-doubt creeps up on me some things I like to do include living in the present (focus on what I’m doing right now), trust myself (tell myself i can do it), and counteract the negative (when a negative thought comes, overcome it with a positive thought)! What are some of your methods when dealing with self doubt?! 💕

Happy Tuesday friends! I hope your week if off to a great start! I’ve honestly been a big ball of stress the past couple days and it’s finally starting to ease up a little! I haven’t been very active on here because of other life things going on and trying to balance everything has been a STRUG but we are grinding it out friends! I know I’ll look back in a year or two and be thankful for this struggle because it will make me GROW so much as a person! Be thankful for your struggle because without it you won’t stumbled upon your strength 💪🏼


Speaking of GROWING ya girl grew her own micro greens! Fact about me, I’ve never grown/kept alive a plant in my life! @hamama_greens made it possible with their super easy microgreen starter kit! All you do is add water and let it do it’s thing! I used mine this morning to top my sweet potato, avocado, egg toast and they were perfect! 😍

I don’t know about you but i think post-workout meals taste 10x better than regular meals 🍽


Happy Saturday friends! I hope you all are having a great weekend so far! I had work this morning, got in a workout and now I’m buckling down to study for a test I have next week! I wanted to talk about POST WORKOUT NUTRITION real quick! When you workout, your body uses store energy (glycogen) in your muscles to power through, so after you need to replenish the nutrients lost! After a workout, focus on getting carbs and protein into your body! This gives your muscles the ability to replenish the glycogen they just list through training and helps your tired muscles rebuild and repair! It is recommended to try to eat within 30-60 minutes post-workout! 💪🏼


My post-workout meal with a bowl of spring mix (micronutrients) topped with lean ground turkey (protein), brown rice (carbs), avocado (healthy fat) and drizzled with some stone ground mustard! I’ve got all the nutrients I need to help my body recover from my workout! 🙌🏼

Happy Tuesday friends! Thank you all for the sweet birthday wishes, I felt so loved yesterday!! I also felt full of donuts! While I was at work, I got 3 boxes of donuts from my friends and I was in HEAVEN! I definitely indulged in my fair share of them and today I’m feeling the sugar hangover but I do not feel guilty or regret eating them at all! A couple years ago I couldn’t even look at donuts without feeling guilt but my relationship with food has grown so much and it’s safe to say donuts will always have a place in my diet! After my day of sweets, all I’m craving today is VEGGIES! I made this simple lunch today that had shredded bbq chicken, roasted green beans & a Japanese sweet potato 🍠

I’m feeling awfully sweet today!! It might be all the donuts I ate 😂

I started my day with a good workout at Orange Theory now I’m at school and then I have work later! Although it’s a busy day, I get to spend it with some of my fav people! Enjoy your day loves!! 💕
