Lately all I post are my deads which is weird since they kinda suck 😖😖 so here’s what I did after :’)

~Pull ups ~lat pulldowns I actually look a little swole?? 👀

Nothing fancy but back day = best day💥💥

Here’s a great example of the power of a good pose 🤷🏼‍♀️
Didn’t workout today but I had THE BEST DAY, went to Everland which is a theme park here in Korea, I walked a lot, ate a lot, and of course rode some rollercoasters. 👀 Saturday well spent :)
